'Siempre vamos a este hotel y la diferencia de septiembre pasado a este enero es inmensa. Nos llevamos una grata sorpresa de lo bien que lo han hecho. Tuvimos un concierge privado, nos ascendieron de piso 1 al 14, atentos a todo momento, nos dejaban detalles en la habitación, la limpieza era excelente, en fin, volvió a ser nuestro hotel favorito para ir a Cancún como cada año. '

'for a 4 star hotel I expect a lot more. staff was not able to provide an invoice with the company name, required for reimbursement (business travel). you have to pay credit first to have something written to your room. a blockage on the credit card was not possible in order to have everything the the room invoice. Receipts where not provided for whatever you ate or drank. not worth the money we paid but is was close to the congress. '

'The front desk staff facilitated an easy check in. I picked this hotel because it was in easy walking distance from the ferry. The room was clean, bed Súper comfortable. The AC would have felt much better if the room had a ceiling fan to circulate the cool air. In the evenings the room was a bit on the warmer side. They have a place where you can fill your water bottle … huge because the weather is so warm it’s important to hydrate. Right next to is a place to rent golf carts . '
