'Overall our experience was good, the hotel looks good, it's clean and the breakfast is nice. Our main critique is that there is a big lacking of warmth and empathy from the staff. Contrary to what I expect from Cape Verdian people. Most of the staff seems grumpy and not focused. When entering the hotel, you are seldomly greeted, and when we had a problem with our key card and asked for help, a sigh was their first reaction. Also the staff during breakfast seemed overoccupied and was not really...
