Amarante is a comfortable villa of 130 m2, labeled 4 stars tourism. Its convivial terrace is organized around the secured swimming pool, (alarm and removable barrier on request), in the middle of a tropical garden.
The swimming pool and the garden are regularly maintained by professionals.
In addition, the villa is equipped with a tank of 2,200 liters (with a booster group) connected to the public water network in case of water cutoff.
The sea view opens the horizon and plunges you into a holiday atmosphere under the tropical sun.

Amarante offers four air-conditioned bedrooms (plus one, in air-conditioned bungalow) four bathrooms with walk-in showers (plus one, in bungalow) and a modern, newly fitted kitchen with an electric wine cellar.

The lounge offers a pleasant setting for watching TV, listening to music or surfing the internet.

The villa has a capacity of 8 people. A bungalow for 2 people is available to tenants of more than 8 people, with supplement .. The ground of 1000 m2 is entirely closed and accessible by an electric portal for a total intimacy and security. The villa is equipped with an alarm, a safe and offers private parking spaces. There is no vis-à-vis and the residential area is very quiet.

The villa is located just 8 minutes walk from "Pierre et Vacances" and its tourist facilities (tennis, surf lessons, jet ski, windsurfing, diving) and its renowned restaurant, "le Balaou" which is open noon and night. It is possible to take advantage of these paid services. The two beaches of the "Pierre et Vacances" lagoon are maintained daily and are accessible to everyone free of charge.

For surf enthusiasts, the beach "Gros sable" is only 600 meters. It is a starting point for hiking along the coastal path that joins the famous beach "Bois Jolan" and its turquoise lagoon lined with coconut trees.

Moreover, only 8 kms separate you from the seaside resort of Saint-François, appreciated for its marina, its restaurants, its night market, its international golf, its casino, its nautical base, its fishing port and its ferry terminal which serves the rest of the archipelago. From Saint-François, you can explore the Pointe des Châteaux and its dream beaches in the nature reserve or leave for the day to Petite Terre, Saintes, Marie-Galante or the Desirade.

In Sainte-Anne, you will enjoy the beautiful beach of the Caravelle (Club Med), the beach of the village, the artisan village and markets by the sea. Land side, a walk in the deep sea leaves beautiful memories, off the beaten track.

Superbe maison, description identique à ce que la maison offre. Il faut une voiture pour se déplacer, épiceries, restos et autres plages. La concierge Véronika est très disponible et très avenante. Plage accessible à pied 10 minutes de marche. Plage petite mais très calme et propre (Complexe Pierre Vacances).

Pleasant, and would consider renting again...
The unit was great, the wives were happy to have a two washing machines for use, but had to use the traditional methods for drying our cloths, which is fine. Great area, close to everything needed, surf beaches, or calmer beaches. Bring your own towels though, the ones provided are not enough and have an awkward mold like odor to them. Beautiful grounds, spacious for pets to run around, felt safe. The only other odd thing was that the Master unit did not have a toilet, so we had to go out to the foyer area for usage, no big deal. A nice loft space upstairs for the kids, and two other bedrooms with in unit bathrooms as well. There is an additional guest room out back if needed for another couple which could be a nice to have. We were 5 adults 3 teens and 2 infants. The Bus that runs to the town center of Sainte Anne passes right down the street at the corner, so that's a plus. Overall a nice place to stay.

Maison très agréable et ressourçante
Nous avons fortement apprécié notre séjour dans la villa Amarante et l’efficacité de Veronika qui était présente suite à quelques déconvenues telle que la fuite sous l’évier et un problème de parabole. La grande terrasse est très agréable. La piscine a de bonnes dimensions et elle est bien située mais le deck commence à montrer des signes de vieillissement par endroits . Nous avons bien profité du jacuzzi malgré une petite fuite. Les climatisations sont neuves. Pour les top chefs, la cuisine est très bien équipée, il ne manque rien ! Seul point noir indépendant à la villa : la poubelle container qui a été volée avant notre arrivée et nous obligeant à aller dans les containers voisins pour vider nos poubelles. J’ai oublié de préciser la présence précieuse d’une citerne d’eau installée par le propriétaire et qui était la bienvenue les jours de coupures d’eau. En bref villa à recommander vivement car bien entretenue.

Très beau séjour dans cette villa !
Nous avons passé de très bonnes vacances dans cette villa. L'ouverture de la cuisine et du salon sur le jardin est très agréable, le jardin est bien entretenu et le jacuzzi est un vrai plus ! Nous étions 2 familles et le fait d'avoir presque une salle de bain par chambre est très appréciable. Nous recommandons vivement ce logement.

Excelent property, good comunication with Veronika.
2 famillies from the Poconos, stayed for 10 days in oct 17, late arival at the property, Veronika was there for us, she explained all the house instructions. Nice size home, nice backyard with the pool and hottub. Kids had a good time. Place was hard to find at night , we downloded the Googlemap offline and it didn't find the dead end street, my fault. Veronika was great again at the check out, we left at 5.30 am, she gave our deposit back. We highly recomend the place.

Excellent 2è séjour !
Après un très beau séjour l'an dernier, nous avons décidé de revenir en Guadeloupe et de retourner séjourner dans la Villa Amaranthe où nous avons pris nos habitudes ! Toujours aussi charmés par la maison, son confort et son calme. On recommande vivement cette maison aux très bonnes prestations. Avec le petit truc en plus : accueil chaleureux de Veronika, ses conseils pour découvrir des excursions et restaurants hors des sentiers battus. Super séjour garanti.

Villa très agréable, parfaitement conforme aux photos et descriptif. Villa facile à vivre, jardin et piscine très bien entretenus. Cuisine très agréable, fonctionnelle et très bien équipée. Nous avons passé un excellent sejour ! Seules certaines salles d eau mériteraient un rafraîchissement (douchettes, réglage température, pression). Je recommande vivement la villa ainsi que notre agent immobilier, très disponible, accueil irréprochable, et nous a donné de très bons conseils.

The house was spacious and well-equipped. From the patio, there was a nice view of the sea.
We enjoyed our stay at Villa Amarante. The house was located in a quiet area but not far from St. Francois and plenty of great nearby beaches. The rooms were all clean and a good size. The kitchen was well-equipped. The patio area was great. Perfect for meals and for relaxing and reading. We enjoyed the pool and hot tub, too! It was easy to book the property and Veronika was very responsive to any questions we had. She provided a great guide of local attractions and restaurants.

Nous revenons de 15 jours en Guadeloupe, dans la villa amarante. Cette villa est idéale pour 2 familles avec ses 4 chambres et 4 salles de bain. Lave vaisselle et lave linge bien appréciés! Les enfants enchantés de la piscine , du spa . Et la vue sur mer , ravie les parents à l'apéro ! Et Véronika est toujours disponible avec son sourire pour de petits conseils . Une adresse à recommander !

Un séjour de rêve
Nous avons eu le plaisir de séjourner 2 semaines à l'Amarante. Nous ne connaissions pas la Guadeloupe et avons été totalement satisfaits par cette destination, la propriété et son emplacement idéal. 8 copains en vacances ! A notre arrivée, nous avons été agréablement surpris : la maison est en réalité encore plus agréable et confortable que les photos ne laissent paraitre. Très propre et surtout très pratique, elle a de gros avantages : une piscine et une terrasse très bien entretenues, des chambres spacieuses et un bungalow très bien aménagé qui permet d'être indépendant ! Sans oublier bien sur quelques atouts pour des vacances réussies : jaccuzzi + barbecue avec une cuisine très fonctionnelle. Très bien située entre sainte Anne et saint François, la maison est à 5/10 min à pied d'une très jolie plage. Nous n'avons eu aucun mal après quelques courts trajets en voiture à prendre nos marques et à trouver des commerces et des spots incontournables. Je recommande l'Amarante pour profiter d,un délicieux séjour dans une destination de rêve comme la Guadeloupe !! L.R
