'House is set behind a dune. dune is a little steep, especially climbing back up. Kind of tough for the elderly. Set up of the house was good for 2 seniors. Many restaurants close by. Quiet area.'

'Absolutely loved this property. The house was small, clean, and right on the beach. Perfect for 2 people. The only reason I’m giving 4 stars is because I just went to book this place again for next year and the price has been raised to $600 a night. So sad, I wanted to go back but not at that price. '

'Fantastic view, cant say enough about sunrise and sunset. Nice away from it all spot close enough to places to go fora really good balance. The road in isa back road on the cape going any faster than 5mph will rattle you around but totally worth the slow roll in. '

'Spectacular view of the ocean from the spacious deck, especially at sunset. (My partner teared up from the sheer beauty when she first saw it!) Also enjoyed the zero-gravity chair on the deck, and the binoculars. 'We loved our stay! The cottage was perfect for three adults, and could have easily accomodated more. The kitchen is very well equipped for those who want to cook, including such thoughtful touches as coffee. creamer, and condiments. Everything was immaculately clean. Location was perfect. We would absolutely stay here again!'

'Pictures show exactly what to expect - it’s a cute, cozy, well decorated and nicely located house perfect for a weekend getaway. 'This property is a peaceful retreat for us when visiting family - we call it the overflow cottage - but it is so tastefully appointed, every little details, that is a soooo relaing when we get "home" in the evening. There are so many nice details, it is a wonder. We love the remoteness of the off-seasn boatyard. I suspect in summer that will be busier, but the access to the water there is a bonus. We love it here and will return next year.'
