'The property was beautiful. Tricky to get to the beach, highly recommend getting a day pass to enjoy the beach club at the hotel directly in front. We had a bit of a misunderstanding with our room, we booked a sea view with balcony, but given a ground floor room with a terrace right by the pool. 'The front desk staff was fine but the food and drink staff were excellent. Standouts for us were Juventina, Jose, Alan, Xochitl and Esmarelda. The beaches were wonderful and it was a great option to sit on the grass. I would suggest putting out more beach chairs as people are pretty selfish heading down at 7am to save chairs while not showing up for hours. All the food was good and such a variety.
