'El hotel es bueno, no es el mejor all inclusive en el que he estado de grupo hyatt, pero cumple con los estándares. Es un poco viejo el lugar y los elevadores se descompusieron muy seguido los días que estuve hospedado. El personal muy bueno y el room service excelente. El grupo de chicos que se encarga de las actividades muy bueno, mucha gracias a Ximena, Habram, y Alexis por las atenciones ♥️'

'We were supposed to arrive on Tuesday Sep 24, but Hurricane John hit Oaxaca. Our flight was cancelled and we couldn't make it. We were not able to go to Huatuclo. The day before (Monday Sep 23) we called the Hotel Quinta Real, but they said we had to cancel via Expedia. We tried via Expedia several times, but they could not reach the hotel. While I understand the hotel cancellation policy, it was completely out of our control to not be able to go. We are very disappointed that a refund was...

'La alberca súper limpiecita, todos los días de mi estancia la encontraba limpia, la atención del chico Luis Alejandro fue muy buena (también de la chica de la mañana), no solo nos dio atención de calidad también nos orientó a dar recomendaciones de Bahias, alimentos, tarifas y tours… Sin duda alguna volví a amar Huatulco y volvería a hospedarme en este hotel '
