'My husband and I stayed in this property for 10 days. It was exactly what we were looking for to relax. The train passes very near but it goes so quick that it doesn’t bother, and they don’t run in the evenings. The famous 100 steps was an excellent exercise that we did every other day. The house has all that you need for a holiday. The terrace is very ample and comfortable with all the garden furniture for relaxing, sunbathing, and enjoying your meals outside. 'Very clean with modern amentities and quiet. Great wifi speeds. Terriffic view. We had a car so climbing up to the property was fine, but would be a challenge without a car (although good exercise!) Nearby Beaulieu-sur-Mer has great restaurants and large supermarket. Regular train and bus service at the base of the hill. 6 minute train to Monaco.'

'house was pleasant, very clean. views from terras and swimming pool beautifull. lot of stairs if you, use your car you'll be in city centre in 5 minutes. if you like to walk know that you have to walk about 100m down and up again. and then like 30 minutes to old town. but down the hill are bakerys boucherie, restarants etc. contact with owner and with "congierge" was easy and quick.'

Binnen 15 a 45 minuten heel veel leuke bezienswaardigheden te bereiken, zoals Nice, Monaco, Menton, Eze. Smal, maar leuk balkon waar je met 4 personen buiten kunt eten en/of lekker kunt zitten. 'We had a great week in Menton in this central villa. Everything you need is so close by. The pool, BBQ and terrace were perfect. The house has lots of rooms and is well stocked with towels and kitchen equipment. It is quite cluttered with furniture and ornaments but everything is clean. We had an issue with the broken dishwasher door and the water temperature during our stay. The good weather and location made this a great week.'

'Prima huisje. Iets van het centrum af maar snel bij het meer. Supermarkt in de buurt. Locatie in woonwijk dus geen ‘buzz’ van de stad. Geen persoonlijk contact met de eigenaar behalve via mail/telefoon berichten. Dat heeft als voordeel dat je inchecken er niet toe doet. Woonkamer is erg ruim. Tweepersoonsbed vonden wij iets te klein. Wij kwamen met 3 kinderen en er waren voor hem twee bedden opgemaakt dus de laatste hebben we zelf gedaan. Mogelijk dacht de eigenaar dat er wel twee in het wat...

'Leuke woning, zeer netjes. Makkelijk parkeren. Ligt centraal. Wij hadden er een zeer leuke vakantie. Supervriendelijke eigenaars, zeer discreet. Echt een leuke plaats om te vertoeven .'

'We loved staying here during our work trip to Monaco. The hosts were so accommodating, helped us secure transportation, etc. while we were in town. We would definitely stay here again.'

'Der Empfang war sehr freundlich, man fühlte sich gleich willkommen. Das Haus liegt sehr schön im Hang mit einem traumhaften Blick auf das Meer und Menton. Es ist sehr großzügig, geschmackvoll eingerichtet und es fehlt einem an nichts. Der Weg nach Menton ist ein schöner Spaziergang, der Aufstieg zum Haus ein gutes Training. 'Hartelijke ontvangst, koele dranken, fruit en cupcakes in ijskast. Ruim appartement, dit was ons tweede verblijf daar. Gelegen in een rustige wijk vlak bij het dorp. Voor fietsliefhebbers: de beklimmingen van de Col de Turini en de Col de Braus beginnnen bij het buitenrijden van het dorp.'

'The first thing we all said on arriving was that the photos we had seen didn't do this lovely house justice! The villa is a beautiful, well-equipped home, with an absolutely stunning view of Menton and the bay, and the town and beach a 15-20 minute walk down the hill. The main shopping street and old town are just a little further. "Over gewaardeerd, geen parkeer ruimte, bar sluit 2 etage 10.30 arriveerden 10.25. Geen mededeling. Bij navraag kreeg ik het advies een drankje in het restaurant beneden te halen. Ontbijt simpel, stokbrood en croissant. Vraagprijs €20,00 pp. Gebakken ei bijbetalen €8. Yoghurt voorverpakt uit de cooler. Kamer klein, douche klein. 1 x raam klein 60 x 100cm in de hoek geplaatst . Bij aankomst verkeerde kamer toegewezen, open deur en sta oog in oog met de kamer bewoners op bed. "

"Nous sommes arrivées dans un hôtel en travaux alors que ce n'était pas mentionné sur le site. La chambre mentionnait 3 vrais lits dans le descriptif de l'hôtel, raison pour laquelle nous avons choisi cet hôtel. Dans les faits,nous avons eu 1 lit double et un canapé lit 1 place. Nous l'avons signalé à la réception. Aucune solution n'a été trouvée à part nous dire que la literie a été changée. L'ascenseur tombe en panne ou se ferme trop vite avant que nous rentriions à l'intérieur. Nous avons du prendre la cage d'escalier depuis le 6e étage qui est salie par les travaux et nous risquons de glisser à tout moment. La machine à café mise à disposition des clients est également défectueuse et le lait n'est pas disponible et déborde de la machine. Si l'hôtel n'est pas capable d'accueillir des clients pendant les travaux, il faut s'abstenir. L'hôtel est bien situé par rapport au lac. Le personnel est souriant et ennuyé de la situation. "
