'This is a good property. Clean, friendly/helpful staff, convenient location, comfortable room. We like being able to avoid Independence to get to where we needed to go. The only thing we do not like is the every other day housekeeping. We followed instructions to request minimum service, but apparently there was a miscommunication. If wet towels arent going to be refreshed every day, there should be better fixtures for hanging towels to dry.'

'The stay was fine but be warned there is a $150 "hold" which was not stated on the expedia site or in the confirmation letter emailed after i booked it. It has still not been returned 3 days after we checked out and my bank has started a dispute since the hotel allowed the hold to process. Never had a hotel do this and I won't use this hotel.again. 'Our stay was good/great overall...My only feedback was our drapes only closed to the aircon unit on the floor, leaving a 6-foot gap. Unfortunately, the parking lot lighting was right outside our window, and it was hard to get to sleep with the blinding light coming through. Definitely a design flaw. Drapes need to be modified to close all the way. '

'Very pretty hotel in a great location. Staff were great overall and the beds are super comfy. We stayed for 4 nights and unfortunately COULD NOT get our room to be cleaned. We asked numerous times, were assured that it would be taken care of but nothing happened. We rented 2 rooms and it happened to both family units.'

'I like the spacious suites offered and the ability to cook. Management (Dax) at the hotel was did not represent the Hilton Brand with his lack of concern regarding the broken car window that occurred on the property. There were several vandalized cars(smashed windows). Essentially his attitude was it wasn't his responsibility. Either Dax need additional training or removed as a Manager and believe me I don't want anyone to lose their job but his lack of not even providing a resolution to...
