Large Mountain View Condo (5 bedroom/Sleeps 11)

Welcome to Radium Hot Springs!

Gorgeous views with an electric fire place, makes for a cozy home. The condo is the entire top floor of the building (2,300 Sq. Ft) with no one above you or next to you. It is a very large condo with a lot of space for your guests to find some quiet space if they wish. There are three short flights of stairs to the unit which give you great views from the top floor. You overlook the other buildings giving you a great view of the mountains.

The condo has 9' ceilings through out and a vaulted ceiling in the living space (approximately 16' ceiling height) it makes the condo feel even bigger. Very roomy as a five bedroom condo, you will not be disappointed.

We welcome you to enjoy your home away from home. We have new living room furniture (leather couches/chairs that are modern with wood accent tables).

There is a fridge with ice and water dispenser in the door. The kitchen is stocked with everything you will need (tea towels, pots, pans, blender, toaster, coffee maker with permanent coffee filter, espresso machine, kettle, cutlery, plates, glassware, mugs, knives, cutting board, large bowls and little storage containers, etc...)

The soothing mineral-rich warm water of Radium Hot Springs is only 5 minute drive away with the stunning Rocky Mountain scenery combine to relax tired muscles and bring peace of mind.

Radium Hot Springs is a short 12 minute walk from the condo on a paved side walk. You will most likely pass big horned sheep along the way as they are regularly crossing right by the condo. Make sure to take your cameras!

You will no doubt see big horn sheep walking around the condo building and relaxing on the grass so get your cameras ready.

Please note, I do have another condo within a stone throw that sleeps 4 people should you have a larger group and need additional beds/space for your group.

Radium Condo
Nicely decorated and furnished. Well equipped. Comfortable beds. Only disappointment was nothing the owner can do anything about - the balcony. After coming back from a memorial service, we really wanted to sit on the balcony and have a toast and a quiet moment sitting in the sun but the balcony was too small to accommodate even the four of us.

Condo was lovely just a couple of issues we had. We had picked up supper and were planning to use the bbq to cook our meal but bbq was not usable. The burner element was not connected to the hoses. It had rusted out. We were unable to use the cable tv. We could not get it to work Thus. no tv for the kids to watch!

Great place to stay in radium!
This is an awesome place to stay! We had 7 adults, a senior, a kid and a toddler and we all had a great time! Great location, 5 min from the hot springs. Very clean, big and spacious. Fit our large group very comfortably. Trish is an amazing host. She was very generous and flexible when we had to reschedule due to illness. Would definitely stay here again and again.

Our group of 6 stayed at Trish's place for one of the hottest weekends in July. The condo is exactly as described with lots of room for guests to stay comfortably, with air conditioners in multiple rooms, in a nice, quiet condo complex. Great place! Perfect fit
Property is lovely and in great condition. There was plenty of cookware (even crockpot!). It’s a short walk over the bridge into Radium and very picturesque. It was a large space and the weather was in the 30’s while we were down so the A/C in the kitchen and master needed to be on basically steady. So other than central A/C for each room I have absolutely nothing else I would change!! I will definitely rent again and go with family year after year! Thanks for sharing your property! It fit 6 adults and 5 kids very well! Can’t wait to return

Great condo for the 8 of us getting away for a hiking and biking trip. Well organized and spotless condo. Deck space is a bit small but we rotated in and out so it worked fine. Wonderful communication with the host!

Best holiday ever!
We were super happy with this condo from the moment we walked in. 4 good sized bedrooms and a spacious master that are decorated very tastfully. 10 chairs around a table that fit all of us for meals was just what we needed. Well stocked kitchen and the BBQ was really good. Thank you for a fantastic space to spend time with family! Will definitely come again!!

GREAT PLACE!
This VRBO was exactly what we needed. There were plenty of bedrooms, great places to eat, and great areas for relaxation. It was close to downtown, and we all walked there several times--to eat, to shop, to have dessert, etc. We had several age groups, and it was perfect. We checked in a bit early so the baby could nap. We communicated with the owner several times, and she was great. Thanks!

Clean and comfortable!
We loved the space, all of the rooms were a great size, beds were comfortable in 4-5 of the rooms! Lots of extra dishes etc. views were second to none! Only thing that could use some improvement might be the wifi. Wasn’t quite strong enough to run the tv, or load anything on your cell phone. Other than that it was a 99.9 out of 100! Will be staying here again!
