'This is a truly lovely house in an amazing spot. Very walkable to San Gimignano but also feels quite and private. The host is very accessible, extremely helpful and will connect you to any added things you might need during your stay. The pool feels amazing on a hot day and we couldn't have asked for a better experience!'

'Heerlijk rustige locatie. Schitterend weids uitzicht. Weg er naar toe is behoorlijk hobbelig maar te doen. Alles aanwezig in het huis, echter de keuken en woonkamer zijn aan de kleine kant. En advertentie is niet duidelijk dat het om een 2-onder-1 kap woning gaat, dus je kunt directe buren hebben.'

'We were a group of 22 celebrating a birthday. We spent a wonderful week exploring Tuscany and relaxing at the villa. Fabio was a wonderful host - very responsive and always happy to assist with arrangements or answer questions. The property is vast with many beautiful spaces to relax and cook. 'Everything about our stay was perfect - the house was absolutely incredible and the view was unmatched. Serena was the best part of our stay. Her food was incredible and she was a joy to have around. The best dining experience we had in all of Tuscany! 'Had a wonderful stay at Carlo’s beautiful house. Carlo was very helpful and always on call to answer any questions. He recommended an excellent garage close by when we had a puncture and they repaired the tyre for €10 immediately. We had a few challenges with the internet which was not always stable when on meetings.'

'We had a wonderful stay at Casa de Leo in Tuscany. The gardens and pool in the backyard are stunning The small village of Belforte is charming and remote. It does require extra drive time to get to other major hill towns. The house is very comfortable and well-equipped. Leo is a fantastic host that was responsive, helpful and keeps the house in great condition. It is laid out over 3 levels and the upper level can only be reached from outside. Overall I recommend this property.'

'La villa a beaucoup de cachet. elle est très grande ( 6 chambres , 6 sdb et 5 salons!) le cadre est tres agreable. Mais il y a un manque d’entretien, problème de siphon et d’odeur dans 2 sdb. Plantes en pot assoiffées.Déjections de souris dans les placards de la cuisine, dans la vaisselle.'

'It was a special family get away to celebrate a 60th wedding anniversary. The Villa is spectacular, but the views are incredible! We even watched a hot air balloon fly over Siena at dawn! Everything we could need to cook at the Villa was provided, we hired a chef on night and he had everything he needed as well! 'The views were beyond compare! Proximity to Castellina in Chianti was wonderful and the management team were responsive to a few issues. My main comment would be, especially considering the rental cost, that the furniture and kitchen supplies (dishes etc) needs upgrading and the quality of the beds/linens should be improved. Overall however, it was a lovely stay! Grazie.'

'The home and property are positively beautiful. Sampath and his wife were wonderful from the time we arrived at the property until the day we left. 'Heerlijke tijd gehad, prachtig gelegen huis met fanatastisch uitzicht. Jammer dat bed- en badlinnen zelf verzorgd moet worden. WiFi werkt nauwelijks, evenals Tv. Verdere kleinere problemen werden door zeer goed contact met de eigenaar zo snel mogelijk verholpen. Persoonlijk hadden wij een airco op de slaapkamer lekker gevonden, het bleef boven heel warm. Maar een echte aanrader!'

'Leuk huis dat onderverdeeld is in 4 appartementen. Dat haal je niet uit de advertentie, het lijkt dat je het voor je alleen hebt. Echt een gezellig Italiaans appartement met leuk zwembad. Dorp is 5 minuten lopen maar ligt verder best ver overal vandaan. Je bent al snel een uur onderweg naar een leuk plaatsje. Het dorp zelf is erg leuk met hele smalle stijle straatjes en tunneltjes. Geweldig uitzicht!'

'Wij hebben met een groep van acht mensen twee heerlijke weken gehad, een prachtig uitzicht, 360 graden alleen natuur en kleine stadjes op de heuveltoppen. Zeer gastvrije eigenaren, Pasqualina en Giuseppe. Het huis bestaat uit twee delen die samen genoeg ruimte bieden voor tien personen, prima inrichting.
