'Extremely easy self-check in after hours. Property was clean and staff checking out the next morning was very friendly and personable. Only comment was that floor seemed a little uneven - part of the charm of an older property I guess! Very quiet off-season stay - would definitely stay again and recommend to others. 'It's a very nice resort. We stayed in a cottage with water view. It was nice but not upgraded at all. Only major problem was we could hear our wall sharing neighbors. Every time they used their microwave we could hear it beep and the door open and close. We did enjoy our stay!'

I just happened to pick the weekend the rements of past hurricanes from the south worked its way up so it was extremely windy making the balcony good for 5 minutes at a time lol The bed I could have just stayed in all day and been happy as a clam, my first night I slept 12hrs which was much needed. 'The room was clean and comfortable, staff was friendly, breakfast was decent - the best was freshly made, warm hard boiled eggs. Otherwise, okay selection featuring biscuits and gravy, assorted cereals, breads, muffins, fresh waffles, yogurt, juices, coffee. There are two floors with outside stairs, no elevator. The room smelled a little musty, but that may have been because they were just coming out of the winter season.'

'We absolutely loved Boothbay Inn. It was the perfect hotel for a quick walk to the shops and restaurants in Boothbay. It is not new, but it is clean and quaint. We will stay again if we are back in this area. Highly recommend. '
