We did have some reasonably good expectations but were left fairly disappointed. A few notes of why:
1) Check in information wasn't given until asked for twice. This was under 24 hours to check in time. It did make me nervous about whether or not we were actually going to have access to the property.
2) On arrival the property didn't seem very clean. There were dead flies around the kitchen sink, on the floor of a couple of our bedrooms and lying around the toilet in our bathrooms.
3) The water pressure was weak and the well pump kept on having to catch up. After a flush of toilet water pressure would go down. Shower would cut out after a minute and we would have to wait over a minute to get another minute of water availability.
4) The smart lock is fickle. Made entry into the property a little confusing. Touch the pad and random numbers lit up which didn't allow us to punch in the correct code. Made late night check in a little hard.
5) Small thing, but some sort of cable TV would be nice.
