'Was Oud, slechte service. Vies, en veel te duur voor wat je krijgt..'

'The stay and the room was good except we couldn’t get the tv working in the bedroom. Someone came down from reception and couldn’t fix it. He said he would come back with champagne for the inconvenience but never came back.'

'I can’t believe how beautiful this place is ! Best resort in Hamilton island. Everything is accessible. Free shuttles to take you anywhere you want all you need is to call and they pick you put and drop you off anywhere. The staff are amazing, honestly so lovely and their service couldn’t fault. I would recommend this place if you want an outstanding experience. Loved every moment at the beach club ! Thank you guys so much for making this an experience. '

'Tropisch eiland met alle luxe die je verwacht. Boek wel de suite met zeezicht, is het geld zeker waard. Personeel is allemaal oprecht blij je te helpen. Wandeltocht is zwaar maar de moeite waard. Duiken en snorkelen is fantastisch. Sla wel wat eten en drinken in voor je naar het eiland gaat, winkeltje heeft echt alleen de basisbehoeften. Voor ons een life changing expereince!'

'We had a lovely stay. The staff were excellent and the services were professional. However, the property was a little tired. The glass panel that separated the shower room and the toilet seat was too small/narrow. It's impossible not to have water spilled (overflowing) onto the bathroom floor. Parking was easy. Its only a 5 min drive away to the Port Douglas town centre.'

'Schitterend verblijf gehad!!'

'Mooi resort, prachtige omgeving en veel activiteiten. Er waren ook bouw activiteiten die vroeg in ochtend begonnen (voor 8 uur) waardoor we wakker werden. Dit was jammer. Tevens is het goed om te weten dat veel activiteiten extra kosten (bijv trampoline AUD 5). Tot slot zou ik aanbevelen dat personeel in restaurants eerst de rekening laat zien voor het betalen ipv enkel het totaal bedrag melden. Als je vraagt krijg je overigens wel een rekening. We hebben wel een leuke tijd gehad. Het dolfijn...
