'The combination of the very dark interior and the somewhat cold attitude of most of the staffmembers didn't make us feel very welcome. The hotel was almost completely empty, but they stil gave us a room at the noicy roadside. On top of that there were ants everywhere in our room.'

'Normalmente ficamos nos quartos clássicos na torre. Desta vez nos colocaram num no jardim, sem privacidade alguma. Solicitamos a troca, e apesar da demora e um pouco de resistência, foi feita. O serviço do restaurante não estava no padrão normal de qualidade, muita demora no atendimento, falta de atenção das garçonetes. Mas o hotel é lindo, bem localizado e continuaremos a nos hospedar nele, apesar dos pequenos inconvenientes nesta estada.'
