'Casa Ciana ligt in een onprettige buurt. Wij kwamen ‘s avonds aan en wilden graag iets eten. We voelden ons niet veilig om naar een restaurantje te lopen(vervallen buurt, prostituee’s langs de weg en louche barretjes). Het inchecken gaat met codes die je in moet tikken. Heel onpersoonlijk. Je ziet niemand. Onze kamer was piepklein. Ik kon mijn koffer niet openen. De kamer was wel netjes en schoon met een goed bed. De prijs kwaliteit klopt niet. Veel te duur voor hetgeen je krijgt.'

'Need more options for breakfast, like bagels, toaster oven, boiled eggs, fruits, etc... We stayed for 7 days and I expected more options for breakfast. There were fruit flies in the room every day. The a/c should not blow directly to the bed. It made sleeping very cold even when we raised the temperature. The room had a stale smell that would not go away.'

'Cute common space. Water pressure and heat on point. Safe code required to enter. Stark white-blue lighting inside the room as a main source of light was terrible. Sounds from common space transferred to inside the room easily. AC fan options inside room. Fast and communicative customer service. Not bad but pls change the color temperature of the lights and perhaps put foam seals at bottom of door to help block out sound.'

'The host Noemi, super friendly. Beachtowel, chairs,coolbox free available. Close to restaurants(walking distance). Free parking. Large balcony. Next to Biolumiscent bay excursion and water taxi Icacos Island'
