'Food was very good to excellent for a resort. Drinks were good but not great. The excellence club was very expensive for what you get. The Magna restaurant has an amazing tomahawk steak which is almost worth the price of entry, but the rest of the food was not at the same level (particularly, the breakfast was only so-so… the eggs Benedict where not great). The French and lobster house restaurants were very good. Our upgraded “excellence club” room was very nice, but extremely cold at all...

'We had an amazing stay with a larger group. The staff is what really stood out! From the moment we arrived until the moment we departed Xavier took care of our belongings and helped us get ready to go to the pool while we awaited our room being ready! Emelio checked us into the exhale club and helped us arrange a perfect semi private group dinner for my birthday. He checked in on us throughout our whole stay and is so friendly. Memo stood out on entertainment and was present day and night!!...

'This is a beautiful resort that offers lots of restaurants, three big pools, constant daytime events and decent nighttime entertainment. What really puts this property above and beyond others I’ve stayed at though is the staff. We did go with the privilege option but the staff were over and above for every one I saw.
