'The check-in was easy and extremely friendly. We showed up and the room was ready an hour before our arrival and we were able to check in. We were able to use a golf cart ride to the beach or we took a 5 minute walk. There were plenty of beach chairs for my family of five. The breakfast was simple, easy and enjoyable. 'We really liked West Bay Club! The rooms were very clean and the resort being right there on Grace Bay was so nice. West Bay Club is on a great section of Grace Bay. It has a wide sandy area with chairs and umbrellas for their guests, bar and food service and all is kept very clean.'

'This is a gem of a hotel! The pick you up and bring you to the airport, besides that they have a shuttle service to the town en beach. The people of the hotel are extremely friendly and helpful.
The room is immaculately clean and comfortable, with a bed never to step out again. The have netflix with I think unlimited excess to a zillion hours of television. There is a coffee machine, microwave, fridge.
