'My husband & I stayed at this property for the 1st time for 8 days. The staff was amazing, pleasant, helpful. We have zero complaints. The food & drinks were delicious. 'PLEASE READ THIS ENTIRE POST: If you are here in T & C for a memorable vacation no matter how lengthy the stay DO NOT book MOTEL! I am first embarrassed and discussed with Expedia for repping this dump. I also will be looking for a "store credit" from Expedia as I knew i would not be getting my money back from Grace Bay Suites. 'You NEED A vehicle to get around in. The Entire road leading to the condo is Koleche with pot holes for about 16 min straight. The day we checked in, the restaurant that is onsite was closed and the nearest and Expensive restaurant (Conch Shack) was about 23 min away. The rooms are clean and there is a beautiful view of the ocean in building 2 (not as beautiful as Grace Bay). The hostess was very slow on responses and only answers questions about the property. 'My stay here was absolutely amazing. My family enjoyed our stay. The Tides is a small luxury lodging frfr and thats what I truly liked about it. It was so quiet. A while vibe. We stayed in the downstairs unit with the patio that opened to the pool. Now if you decide to stay this year (2026), be mindful that there is a large hotel being built behind them. 'Place is walking distance to the beach. However hotel pool is not a swim up bar it a circle kiddy pool next to the bar. Staff are very nice at the bar. Hotel is 2 floors no elevators for accessibility. No vending machines. Ice machine next to checkin and not available after 10pm. Food for hotel restaurant dining closes at 9pm.'
