'This is a gem of a hotel! The pick you up and bring you to the airport, besides that they have a shuttle service to the town en beach. The people of the hotel are extremely friendly and helpful. The room is immaculately clean and comfortable, with a bed never to step out again. The have netflix with I think unlimited excess to a zillion hours of television. 'This was my boyfriend’s and I first time in Turks and we stayed 4 nights at the West Bay resort. Truly had an amazing experience. The staff were very welcoming and friendly. The included breakfast was a great plus to this hotel. The pool and beach were breathtaking and clean. Keep in mind, if you want to explore, be ready to take a taxi or rent a car as this hotel is very secluded. Also, bring cash because the nearest atm is about a 20 minute walk and the taxis only take cash. We were okay...

'Resort was very clean, rooms very comfortable well put together and the balcony was larger than expected. We enjoyed our time here and the location has shuttles to take you to the sister resorts too. It is walking distance to many other shops / restaurants. The only downside is there is only one restaurant but it was very good and lower priced than others. Staff was extremely kind. Overall would book one.'
