'The only negative was no elevator. We had heavy luggage to carry up/down stairs. The room was very nice with lots of amenities. Staff was very helpful. It was easy to walk around & staff recommended driver for longer distances.'

'You NEED A vehicle to get around in. The Entire road leading to the condo is Koleche with pot holes for about 16 min straight. The day we checked in, the restaurant that is onsite was closed and the nearest and Expensive restaurant (Conch Shack) was about 23 min away. The rooms are clean and there is a beautiful view of the ocean in building 2 (not as beautiful as Grace Bay). The hostess was very slow on responses and only answers questions about the property. She did also give 1 restaurant...

'The stay was nice. The WiFi connection was not great, and I planned to use the internet for some work so that wasn’t helpful. We were not told about the $200 per night hold before arriving, and we did not see the policy on the website. More activities and complimentary entertainment or shows on the shore club properties would be nice.'

'Beautifully decorated, fully equipped and spacious rooms with incredible views. The strip of beach in front of the hotel is narrow which is a plus vs the wide Grace bay side. The snorkeling experience is also a plus. The hotel amenities need some upgrades (lobby, pool, poolside restaurants). Service can definitely be improved. Overall positive experience.'

'My husband and I spent a week here for my 40th birthday and we couldn’t have picked a better place to stay!!! Staff was incredible, our room was beautiful, 30 second walk to the beach with a wonderful bar/restaurant on property! When we return to TCI we will absolutely be staying here again!!'
