This was an acceptable Fairfield with the normal not-so-wonderful-but-okay breakfast, but the staff were below average. First, a housekeeper knocked on my room before checkout time -- and then opened the door even though I shouted out (from bathroom!) that I was still in room. I had a card on the door outside saying not to disturb, btw. Ten minutes later they were back with an insistent knocking and I left the room 5 mins later .. at 5 mins past checkout. Then ... they had turned off my card before I left my room so I was unable to open the workout room to get water. WTH? I had to wait in lobby for my husband who had to drive miles to find an EV charger ... and while i was waiting saw a number of people sauntering down to check out -- well past the time I had been given the bum's rush to get out -- and each of them was treated as if they were welcome guests. Me, not so much. The last person I saw check out a full hour after I did, and so this was not an oversight but something more akin to selected harrassment of guests. Won't return there ... too many other options to put up with this sort of treatment.
