Quiet, comfy and convenient!
This was the perfect spot to be able to spend some time with our son stationed at the base. We had quick, easy access to Paulsbo and Silverdale. The place was clean, comfortable and well stocked. I would definitely seek this location out to stay here again. We never heard anyone else!

Cute, clean little house, pretty much exactly as shown in prodile pics. Less than 100 yds from two breweries and one drive-thru coffee stand that also serves a great variety of bfast items. Or drive a couple minutes and be at the heart of quaint downtown Poulsbo.

Very nice, and clean!
It was a bit noisy the first night due to activity in the brewery parking lot next door. Also, the last morning at 8am there was a work crew sitting out on the deck. We found this quite inappropriate, since our check out time was not until 10am. They should not have been sitting in our rented space. We were not advised that anyone would be coming to work.

Good for the price
I think for the price this is a fine place to stay. It's fine for a few people. It was very very clean. It seems to be owned by some sort of company, and communication with that company was excellent. I didn't personally really like the location. Being right next to the brew pub meant it was loud on that side of the house at night, so forget about opening the window for a cool breeze. (The other side of the house was surprisingly quiet) Also, it was kind of in the grungy part of Poulsbo and you couldn't really walk anywhere, you had to drive. I mean, except for the brew pub. It was a little cheaper than other places nearby, and the furnishings were appropriate to that price point. For instance, the sheets and towels felt like they had a high polyester content and the table and chairs were cheap and not really comfortable IMO. I didn't sit on the other chairs or sofa so I don't know how they were. Both beds are queens or doubles, so if you were planning a family trip with more than one child, be aware that they would have to share a bed or maybe one would sleep on the sofa? Check in time isn't until 4:00. It has a tiny and very well-maintained little yard. I think a lot of people would like staying here. Me personally, I prefer some place where I can walk to attractions, and I prefer a more upscale feel and natural fibers. I doubt I would stay here again; I'll pay more for a nicer place next time.

Perfect Landing Spot
We stayed here for ten days as we were moving and getting settled in Poulsbo. The property is clean and well stocked, the owners were kind and communicative. The location is great for exploring Poulsbo, or quickly heading out to see the rest of Kitsap. We will definitely recommend this to family and friends who come to visit us!

Cute but not ideal location
The mobile home is nicely refurbished inside to give the appearance of a foundational home. However it is located behind a bar. Meaning weekends are loud at times and traffic can be busy. The house has a ring camera when you walk up and it seems odd because it’s only for the owner to watch us. That was unsettling. The water gets cold in the shower after one shower , so you have to wait an hour for the next person to take one. The kitchen Is ehh.. the house is ok, but not what we had hoped for . Early in the morning the lawn people are out there blowing their machines and waking you up. The home is ok for a quick place to stay but if your looking for a vacation spot I don’t recommend it. The water view is very obstructed. Don’t expect a good view from the home. Even though the pictures make you think otherwise. The furniture needs some updating. I would say 3 out of 5 is a good rate .

Perfect spot for a family getaway!
This home is spacious and clean, the beds are comfy, it’s really convenient to downtown Poulsbo, there really aren’t any neighbors (at least not close enough to see/hear), and communication with the owners was great. They even reached out with restaurant recommendations, etc. And our kids loved all of the blackberry bushes nearby, we had all sorts of blackberry dishes. We would definitely stay here again (and may, as we all loved the town, the foodie among us went nuts for the Burrata Bistro & Paella Bar).

The house was clean and well supplied with the essentials. We had a great moms weekend away. The house is located across the street from a great brewery and close to the downtown area. Mobile Home Cottage
We had a great stay overall. A bit surprised to find that the cottage was a mobile home situation in almost an industrial location, but it was spacious, functional, comfortable and cozy inside. There was a heavy “dog” smell inside the space and we found a ton of dog fur behind the TV console, inside closets, and under the beds. But, ultimately we had a great time and would definitely return for another stay.

Beautiful property and area. A win win!
Upon entering the home it was evident right away that it was well-maintained and very clean. It was perfect for our party as each bedroom had it's own bathroom and the living area was well-sized to enjoy a relaxing night by the television after a long day of exploring the quaint little town of Poulsbo. The home was also very close to shopping establishments to stock up on groceries as well as other necessities often needed when traveling. The local brewery was only a short walk across the street to enjoy some locally brewed beverages. At bedtime each night, I was elated to experience how extraordinarily quiet it was in this home and the surrounding area. I had some of the best rest I've ever had on this trip when it's normally very hard to get rest when traveling. There was only one hiccup we experienced during our stay. The anti-slip mats installed in the showers were very slippery and my uncle had a very bad slip in the shower on the morning of our last day of the stay. He fell pretty hard and ended up with some very sore back muscles and a minor cut on his head but is thankfully feeling better after a few weeks of rest. I would strongly recommend replacing these plastic tub mats with something that provides better contact and grip with the tub enclosure. What we saw with these plastic mats is when the shower is running, water is able to get between the mat and the tub enclosure bottom, causing the mat to float on a layer of water. When stepping out of the shower the mat had no attachment to the tub any longer and slid out from under my uncle's feet causing a pretty fast and hard fall into the tub. Thankfully he is in pretty good shape but had this happened to someone more senior than himself, it could have caused very serious injury. Other than this one recommendation I would gladly stay here at this house again the next time I visit the area. Thanks for a wonderful stay!
