'Das Haus und das Grundstück sind wie im Inserat beschrieben. Das Haus ist älter aber der Zustand ist völlig okay und sauber. Von der Terrasse hat man einen herrlichen Blick. Achtung: Der Gastgeber kann kein Englisch, daher ist es sinnvoll eine Übersetzungsapp zu verwenden. Zudem muss die Touristensteuer vor Ort in bsr bezahlt werden, daher sollte man schauen dass man passend bezahlen kann. '

'Wir können uns den bisherigen positiven Bewertungen im vollen Umfang anschließen. Wir haben über Weihnachten und Jahreswechsel 2 Wochen im La Choza verbracht, und für einen Aufenthalt im Winter ist das Haus mit Fußbodenheizung, Klimaanlage ( warm einstellbar ) und Kamin sehr gut ausgestattet. Ruhige Lage, wunderschöne Buchten in unmittelbarer Nähe, viele Wege am Meer zum spazieren gehen/wandern, und das gerade mal 2km entfernte Santanyi bietet viele Einkaufsmöglichkeiten. 'The apartment was in the centre of cala d'or at the beautiful Cala Gran . We loved the many restaurants, bars and shops at walking distance . 2 spacious bedrooms and a smaller one . Only our toilet had some problems to flush. Beds were good ! Our host Tom was very kind .'

'We hebben een hele fijn week gehad in dit vakantiehuis. Het zwembad was heerlijk, de ruimten waren erg fijn en het terras was prachtig. De foto van de zitkamer is gedateerd, er staat onder andere een ander bankstel. En goed om te weten dat er tweebaansweg langs het huis loopt. Eerst schrokken we daarvan, maar al snel heb je het niet meer in de gaten. De locatie ten opzichte van Sineu is heel fijn. Slechts op 4 minuten afstand zit een hele fijne kleine supermarkt. En ga vooral langs bij het Tapas...

'We hebben 3 weken in het huis doorgebracht en volop genoten van de rustige omgeving. De beheerder heeft ons zeer vriendelijk ontvangen en wegwijs gemaakt. Het huis was schoon en goed uitgerust. De terrassen om het huis nodigden uit om heerlijk te relaxen en te genieten van de zon. We komen zeker nog eens terug.'

'Wir waren zu viert in der Finca und haben selten eine so saubere Unterkunft gesehen. Die Finca ist gut aufgeteilt. Die Terrasse bietet einen tollen Blick auf Sant Joan. Wir waren rundum zufrieden und wurden insgesamt gut betreut. Lediglich das Bad ist schon sehr klein. In der Beschreibung ist ein Gäste WC angegeben. Es gibt aber ein Bad mit einem WC. 'Alles prima. Hat gut funktioniert. Sehr geräumige Wohnung. Top Lage. Gute Verkehrsanbindung mit dem Bus. Schöne Buchten in der Nähe. Kleines Manko: Trotz Reklamation eines Sonnenschirm und der Dusche am Anreisetag wurde das während des Aufenthalts nicht behoben. 'The villa was absolutely perfect for our group of 12. There was plenty of space for everyone and the bedrooms and bathrooms were enormous. Due to the amazing weather, we spent the whole time outside around the beautiful pool and eating outside in the outdoor kitchen, which was perfect for socialising and celebrating. Paul was a great host and really help before and during our stay. We’ll definitely be back.'

Francis, the owner, is very friendly and communication was easily handled with Google Translate and WhatsApp. The apartment is fully equipped for self-catering, the beds were comfortable, and there were plenty of extra towels and blankets, if needed. 'Hele fijne vakantie gehad ondanks de Corona tijd! De eigenaresse was zeer vriendelijk en behulpzaam als er wat was werd het gelijk opgelost. Het huis was heel groot en het zwembad was heel fijn en vooral schoon! Werd goed onderhouden door de eigenaar. Op loopafstand van het mooie strand van sa coma. Supermarkt vlak in de buurt. Zeker een aanrader om hier na toe te gaan. '

'Hallo, wenn Anreise/Abends ist Finca sehr schlecht zu finden!! Keine Beschilderung und haben ca. 1 Stunde gesucht! Finca ist selber einfach eingerichtet, aber sehr sauber!
