The room was spacious, spotlessly clean, and very comfortable - a true home away from home. The breakfast each morning was excellent, with a wide selection of high-quality, fresh items to choose from. But what really stood out was the exceptional service from the hotel staff. Everyone I interacted with, from the front desk to the housekeeping team, was unfailingly polite, friendly, and eager to assist. Overall, I had a fantastic experience at the Hotel Excelsior and would not hesitate to recommend it to family, friends, or anyone visiting the area.
