'Everything was very nice until the hurricane was approaching and they suddenly told us we had to check out immediately without warning. The hurricane was not supposed to even hit landfall for 2 days. The guest clerk said "we will waive the early check out fee". Really!!?? You bet you will considering you made us leave 2 days early! We said we want a refund for the last two days we paid for since we've been asked to leave. She told us she would look into it.....OMG. '

'The AC in my room BARELY worked. I had a very hard time sleeping because it felt like I was outside. I was there for 3 nights, I may have gotten 10 hours of sleep total. They need to upgrade their AC units in the rooms. Overall, it’s a great place to stay for 2 nights, nothing more. '

'Leuk hotel naast het strand. Kamer was lekker ruim, bedden goed, tweepersoonsbed veel te klein voor twee volwassenen. Badkamer aan de kleine kant, hing een vies geurtje, maar het was wel schoon. Heel gehorig, ik denk dat het door de tussendeur komt. Je hoort de buren heel goed praten, net of ze bij je op de kamer zitten.'

'Our stay with Holiday Inn and Suites, Clearwater was very enjoyable. All the staff we encountered were friendly and helpful. Hotel location was perfect for short walks to the beach and eateries. We noticed that city bussing was also available as a choice. We enjoyed the evening entertainment and all that the hotel offered. Definitely would recommend to others.'

'Being on the river was a wonderful setting. The room was average. The bathroom looked like it was in a construction zone. There was paint on the vanity, it was chipped and there was a gap in the carpet by the bathroom door. Also the a/c wouldn’t cool down the room lower than 72F. '
