At check-in I was met at my shuttle and ushered through the check-in process all the way to my room. Similar process during checkout. great resort, great spa experience, cool entertainment, and still pretty laid-back. I wish there were additional food options but only because I’m extra picky. When we checked in our 1st room it was less than expected, no hot water, or pressure and both night stands were broken.
