"Very impolite personel in the breakfast room. I was 3 minutes early so 3min to 7.the door was not locked. When I entered the breakfast room, the waitress shouted at me...very impolite..well, I pay 18 euro per person for 1 breakfast. For this price one might expect some flexibility and at least polite behaviour. Never go there again"

"At arrival a parkingspace in a closeby garage. An amazing big room and bed on the groundfloor. All kind of free extra’s like coffee and tea and snacks. A mini breakfast for small eaters. Walking distance to the historic centre. And on top very nice staff. This hotel was a treat. "

"The location was beautiful and everything was nearby. We did have a lovely time in this hotel and everything was very clean. The only thing wat we did not like was the bed we found the bed very hard but that is for everybody different of course. The staff was very friendly. We did have a very pleasant stay in Colmar."
