The Space:
Welcome to your bright and welcoming home away from home! Our apartment has big windows that let in lots of light and give you great views. The main area combines a clean, well-equipped kitchen with plenty of space to cook and a living room where you can relax on a comfy sofa and watch shows on the HD TV with Chromecast.
The bedroom is a cozy retreat with a big, comfy bed, perfect for a good night's sleep. In the stylish bathroom, you'll find everything you need, including a washing machine and dryer. Step out onto the balcony for a lovely view of the city and harbor, a great spot to relax after a day's work. This apartment has everything you need for a comfortable and convenient stay.
Guest Access:
During your stay, you can use the whole apartment and all its features. This includes our common areas too. We also have free parking for you. Plus, our 24-hour concierge service is always ready to help, and our housekeeping coordinator, Jenny, is super friendly and here to make your stay comfortable. Feel free to make yourself at home!

Our place at Prästgårdsgatan 50 in Piteå is perfect for business travelers because it's right in the city center. Everything you need is just outside the door. You'll find lots of good places to eat and shops nearby. It's also great for when you have some free time – there's a park and a walking area by the harbor really close by. This spot is great because you can easily get to places for work, eat out, shop, or just relax by the harbor. It's a busy, fun area that has everything you need for your trip

Getting around from our place at Prästgårdsgatan 50 in Piteå is super easy, especially if you're coming from Luleå Airport. It's just a 40-minute drive by car. And the best part? Once you're here, you're right in the middle of everything. Downtown Piteå is at your doorstep – grocery stores, restaurants, and shopping are all just a step away. This makes it really convenient whether you're here for work or just exploring the city. You won't need to travel far to find what you need!
