Beautiful "Aggos Cliff" House in Pissouri Cyprus

Great property in the sunny village of Pissouri in Cyprus. Entering the property through a private nature surrounded road to reach a beautiful two-storey house standing proud at the top of a cliff. The house is positioned in the middle of a rich vineyard plantation (which if visited during the summer months will most likely be carrying a variety of juicy fresh grapes). Once you reach the houses private parking you will notice the amazing views and a glimpse of the Pissouri beach few miles away.
The house is situated in a very private area yet very near local "hot spots". Pissouri beach with all that comes with it (local restaurants, bars, water-sports etc) is within walking distance (under 2 miles) and so is Pissouri village centre. Buses to major towns Paphos and Limassol are available and can take you there within 30 minutes. If you are a nature lover, star gazer, cyclist, a group of friends looking for some summer Cypriot fun or even a family looking for a relaxing get-away this is the property for you.
All parts of the house and the land it is in are open for access by guests. (just mind the cliff if you are going for a wander)

The area around the property is a very relaxing natural environment with lots of hiking and exploration opportunities which is always enjoyable in the sunny Cypriot climate. Pissouri is well known for its challenging cycling routes. They involve a variety of cycling difficulties from flat long "airplane runways" to varying inclination roads.
The property includes a private parking area if you are driving, perfect cycling roads if you are cycling and public transport from the centre of the village only 2-3 miles walking distance.

prima locatie voor een relaxte vakantie maar dicht bij strand , restaurants en mooie wandelingen massa toerisme is hier gelukkig nog niet eerste week nog wel warm om langs kust te wandelen wel goed weer hiervoor in het troodos gebergte een aanrader

Our home from home
This property suits us well and this was not our first visit nor will it be our last. It is quiet, within walking distance of the village (uphill) about 25 minutes where there are good facilities. We like noting more than to sit on the terrace and view the sky with very little light pollution. George is the best 'host' one could get he is always on hand to assist if needed. The facilities in the villa may not be to everyone's taste but they suit us and we know what to expect. All appliances are in good working order.

Für sich gelegen mit viel Platz
Wir waren sehr gerne in dem Haus und haben uns zum Frühstück und abends fast ausschließlich auf der großzügigen Terrasse aufgehalten. Es war herrlich, keine Nachbarn zu haben. Wir haben diese Abgeschiedenheit sehr genossen. Wir waren täglich unterwegs. Mit dem Auto ist man sehr schnell am Strand und auch bei weiteren Sehenswürdigkeiten. Wir haben auch die direkte Umgebung erwandert, ohne das Auto zu nutzen. Kleine Anmerkung: gegenüber des Hauses, über die Straße, ist ein Moto-Cross-Geländes, das die Jugendlichen des Orts gelegentlich zwischen 17:00 und 20:00 Uhr nutzen.

Villa is beautiful in a spectacular setting. Lots of outdoor furniture for spending time outside. Wonderful star views every night and a telescope to make it even better. Wonderful host and prompt communication. Couldn't have been better

Peaceful and tranquil!
A great, detached house, set in a vineyard, with beautiful views. Completely peaceful. Well equipped and very clean. Easy access to Pissouri village and beach. Some good walking routes from the house...and you may spot the local goat herd!! George is extremely polite and always on hand if necessary. Would definitely stay here again if in Cyprus.

Car hire essential but beware of parking when its dark
We thought the property was rather scruffy both inside and out. We were over an hour trying to locate the property as the HomeAway link to google maps took us to the wrong street. The property is very basic and isolated and certainly not what we were expecting. It is not suitable for young children as the stair case is open on one side and the patio area is unfinished. Only one bed was prepared when we arrived as the owner George thought we only required one bedroom. However, George was very nice and helpful and made the effort to come and prepare the other bedroom and remove the creepy crawly lizard. I visit Pissouri every year but not sure whether I'd return to this particular property as I don't consider it value for money.

Peaceful and relaxing.
The villa was beautifully placed amongst the grape vines and provided a peaceful and relaxing base for exploring Cyprus. Lovely pebble beach a short car ride away. Villa was spotless, with everything provided for a comfortable stay. Quick communication when booking with Roger, and George could not have been nicer when he met us at the villa. Beautiful, quiet location close to the local village
This was just the sort of property we were looking for; Quiet location, within a 20 minute uphill walk to the local village and amenities including restaurants, shops & bank. Very helpful local agent to assist us whenever needed, before arrival & during the visit. If you like a quiet spot with no close neighbours apart from a few passing goats this is definitely the place to be!

Very spacious property, with a great outlook.
George, met us on site at the property . Although we arrived later than we had planned he had a bottle of great wine an two glass to relax us into the ways of the Cyprus. George was available if we needed anything during our stay. The house was only 5mins from the beach, local shops an supermarket 10 mins, overall we had a great holiday

Erholung pur, schönes Haus
Wer Ruhe liebt, findet sie hier. Keine Nachbarn die nerven. Strandstrasse von Pissouri zum Strand ist nicht zu befahren, diese liegt vor der Tür. Der Sternenhimmel ist gut zu sehen, da es keine Laternen in der Nähe gibt. Es gibt dank der Terrasse immer Sonne, bis diese hinterm Berg verschwindet. Der Kontakt zu Georg war auch sehr gut, er ist immer erreichbar.

If you want quiet and away from it all this is the place
My wife and I just wanted somewhere quiet to relax and Aggos Cliff was just what we needed. We were met by George and his wife who showed us round and could not have been more helpful. The house was spacious and had everything we required ( wine as well) . We would definitely stay there again.
