Vind je ideale hotel in Pigeon Island

'This hotel is very beautiful. The rooms were spacious and came with fully equipped kitchens. The beach was amazing and everything was spotless. There wasn’t a blade of grass out of place on the overall grounds. All in all, we had a great stay but I will say that the customer service needs some work. This is the only reason why I do not give 5 stars. There is a lack of effort and flexibility/accountability from the guest relations staff and if you “annoy” them to much by asking for help with...

'We had a good time , the people at the reception and the entertainment were great but the waiters in the main restaurant were not attentive at all ( they don’t like their jobs and they are nor welcoming at all ). The food was good at the japenese and steak house restaurant but , the food in the main restaurant was not good at all and almost no choices . '

At $200 USD per night most 3 star hotels offer breakfast all over the world. This was not the case and a huge negative for me especially in the Caribbean '
