'Stayed here second time after 4 years with family. One of the best property in Philip Island. Clean room, close to the beach and city center. Calm and cozy environment.'

'Mooie ruime, maar eenvoudige kamer op een rustige locatie. Mornington is een leuke plaats en je kunt van het hotel gemakkelijk naar het strand en het centrum wandelen (of rijden). Het ontbijt viel erg tegen vanwege de onaantrekkelijke ruimte, de kwaliteit van de producten en de beperkte keuze. De gangpaden en het trappenhuis worden niet goed schoongemaakt en het zwembad vonden we onaantrekkelijk (we hebben dus niet gezwommen). De prijs/kwaliteit verhouding was aan de hoge kant. De wifi...

'A lovely, large, comfortable room, with balcony & up-to-date furnishings and good-sized bathroom. Appeared to have been recently refurbished. Had a meal with relatives and friends in the Bistro on the Wed evening, which was really good. '

'Room was a bit dated but very clean and spacious. It had everything I needed including a great spa and a very comfortable bed. If I’d stayed more than one night I would have made use of the fridge, microwave and small kitchen. Very convenient location and friendly, easy checkin/checkout experience. Would definitely return. 'Property was far enough from main road to not hear the traffic. Room was comfortable, large and comfortable bed. Carpet had many marks on it. The owners have done a lot with this motel. Plantation shutters give a lovely fresh appearance. Grounds are beautiful too with pristine pool. Restaurant on site, disappointing and pricey. Lasagne and carbonara served alone on plate. $30 for a lasagne, would not recommend this restaurant. '
