Staff were amazing, bungalow was spacious and clean and the infinity pool was huge. Resort was very quiet and peaceful, a very relaxing break. Good variety at breakfast and the spa was so relaxing, excellent.

This is a lovely hotel on the beach. I have been several times before. 15 years ago was my last visit. The hotel needs a complete refurbishment and we checked out 3 days earlier. The hotel was empty. We were given an upgrade to a villa with our own pool for free and that was nice of the them but the furniture was still in need of replacement.

Right!! we have left our feedback directly to Hotel last month. However no reply nor acknowledgement from them. So really wonder if our voice are heard. At the reception desks:we felt that the team were not confident enough to deal with client's inquiries. Hotel facilities: we were disappointed to find out that customers from outside of hotel can use facilities(swimming pool,gym) leading to overcrowded at the swimming pool area. We couldn't manage even for for days to find any available sun bed,also the Swimming pool wasn't well maintained as we spotted there were rubbish and oil on the surface of water. Also this isn't fair on clients who pay full amount rate and their desire to have inclusive services…. The gym and beach volleyball area were occupied from morning to evening by people who don't stay at the hotel. Breakfast:There was no doubt that staffs were trying their best to accommodate hotel guests, however the food display was limited, the juice station weren't fresh, all tasted synthetic and artificial sweetness. The selection of charcuterie was basic, the board was almost empty all the time, just two type of cheese were available when we were there. During our 7 days of stay. There were no changes of variety and options. Food:The menu and the wine list looks old fashioned and quite boring unfortunately The staff in the restaurant were always smiley and doing their best, however they definitely deserve more training. The food was edible but wasn't good enoug

Location was great far enough away from the honking and noise of Mui Ne. The garden room was beautiful and spacious and the outdoor shower was great. Breakfast buffet had a large offerings of western and Vietnamese cuisine and the view of the South China Sea was breathtaking.

Our stay was generally nice. A few things that Victoria could improve: - staff at infinity pool didn't want to bring lounge chair pads for us saying that it's going to rain soon and that it's a waste of their time! Only when we insisted that they brought it. - the dinning plates at breakfast buffet are mostly greasy and dirty. - glass door to toilet in our rooms are spotted with dirty spots. - the beach has trash.

The perfect place for a family holiday!
It's located far from the city but right at the beach! What an incredible place to spend a holiday! I would love to come back with my family next time! The hotel has everything you might need at one place...but if you want to go out, not necessary to go too far, there are plenty of restaurants and places to have a drink and relax. It's a beach hotel with a great swimming pool. The water at the swimming pool was ABSOLUTELY wonderful!

The best place I’ve ever stayed at
Loved the design of bungalows. Massive bathroom. Outdoor rainhead shower a real treat. Staff were so friendly & amenable. Food & drinks were stunning. Especially loved the cake & story in the turn down service. I’ve never experienced that anywhere else. A real treat to a storyteller. And the birthday card & cake was such a beautiful surprise. We all felt very well looked after.

Nice Resort With Some Downsides
We stayed at this resort due to its great reviews for 3 nights. Due to travelling during the rainy season, the resort was quite empty, which created a very tranquil environment. Now, as mentioned there were some downsides. The food was fairly expensive even compared to some of the other resorts in town and mediocre. Breakfast was great but the seafood bbq as well as some of the other food wasn’t up to standard considering the, for Vietnamese standards, high prices. The spa was very professionally run and the staff well trained. However, in town we were able to get similar massages with high quality for half the price. For me a resort should be a place that you can stay at for whatever you want, may it be a massage or a great dinner. At this resort we felt like this was not the case. Hopefully, this was only due to it being out of season.

The beachfront bungalows are amazing! Staff is very friendly and helpful, especially Mr. Binh, the sport team who was so helpful when we tried to ride the boat the first time. Food is good. But the room's condition is kind of old. The toilet flush in our room was broken and it was at midnight! Surely, no one wants to have a hotel engineer come visit at midnight or have to hold up until next morning to go use the hotel's restrooms outside!!!

Nice place to rest but Resort services is too poor
This is 1st time when I stay in Hotel or Resort to celebrate me or my wife's birthday without greetings from Hotel/ Resort. In the past all other resort/ hotel I stay, I even no need to tell them, they just need to see info in the passport and do surprise decoration with birthday cake and flower. Here, in this resort we stay from 12 Apr to 16 Apr with 2 room 3 of us was born in Apr ( 07, 16, and 20) we just need a small cake to celebrate as we are all not sweet cake lover, but resort refuse to provide this service as free ( 1 small cake for 3 adults) hence we decided to buy cake and celebrate ourselves at outside shop. Thats why I will not recommend this hotel and will not come stay here in future. Mui Ne is nice place so definitely we will visit this place again.
