Handy having a washer and drying rack for clothes. Beautiful grounds, views of the lush Umbrian countryside, and friendly and accommodating co-hosts (no English) who live in the family villa. After spending time in Rome and Assisi, my husband found this gem for our family to have a few days to reflect on everything we had seen before heading home. 'Ruim appartement net buiten het centrum van Perugia. Verhuurder zeer vriendelijk en attent. Fijn dat er ook aan wc-papier en keukenrol gedacht is. Airco deed het uitstekend en dat was ook nodig. Perugia is een geweldige stad. Je hoeft niet te klimmen maar komt met roltrappen in de hoger gelegen stad. Parkeergelegenheid genoeg bij het appartement en een paar restaurants in de buurt. 'Overall this is a fabulous place and I will stay there again. Close to the bus to Geri to the old city. Amazing olive oil production tour across the street. I would have liked a wash cloth or two and note that the host lives on the property in another unit. Lots to love about this place.'
