'Ligging: prachtig! Direct aan het meer.Grote mooie slaapkamer, stonden géén stoelen in om te zitten. De badkamer "gedateerd", bad met vuile vlekken, kit overal, vuile gele voegen. Toilet kon niet doorgespoeld worden, douche werkte niet! Om 22.20 gemeld (na sluitingstijd) ze zijn het komen! Een sneetje brood extra en een 2e kopje koffie bij het ontbijt, was niet mogelijk, alleen tegen betaling!'

'Not yet at the level of a 5 star hotel. Many things could be improved: reception, rooms, service. The rooms are in particular quite small and more like a 3 star hotel. The overall layout is a bit weird and not well optimised. It’s a pity, keeping in mind the wonderful location of the hotel. Totally overpriced. For the same price, I could have a wonderful resort in Bali and exceptional service. '

'Upon arrival the booked room was not available. After some discussion we got an upgrade so we could have the double bed instead of the twins that they had available (but had not booked). Restaurant inside is big and rather uninviting. Outside is nice, at the lake but service difficult to obtain. Most staff doesn't speak english. We were there the weekend. Saturday they had some VIP party, resulting in total neglect of the other guests. Evening/night was topped of with very loud music until 3am....

'Rubbish strewn around the place, unsafe steps to lake, very loud music from adjacent premises. No water in swimming pool. Checked out after 30 minutes. Explained to host what the issues were but he did not seem to understand. Refused a refund of any amount. '
