'Everything was excellent regarding staff, food room, pool, spa and area. Perhaps only negative part is the whole casino area and bar areas allow smoking which is a bit overwhelming if you have allergies'

'The hotel is good, but impractical. Because it is shared with the casine you always need to use a shuttle to get to the parking. You also always need to go through security check to enter the hotel. 2 elevators are not enough to cater for all the visitors of the hotel AND the casino at the same time. But at least it was the only hotel during our trip that was completely well maintained. For people who ONLY want to visit the City of Dreams this is hotel is probably perfect.'

'It's dirty, cockroaches in unit. not convenient to stay with, beds and pillows are need to be changed. LPG hose was not hooked up with the stove, when we're about to use it, lpg leaked. Not safe! No elevator. Lost and found item not returned. My wife left 2 pairs of new slippers in our early check-in room, and never see it again. Avoid this place. '
