'Aangenaam welkom, eigenares is supervriendelijk en behulpzaam, mooi verzorgd rustig zwembad, ruime kamer. Buurt iets minder aangenaam, redelijk ver van centrum, eetgelegenheid, weggestoken achter tankstation, en parkeerplaats van werkvoertuigen.'

'Attractive, comfortable living room with lots of windows. Beach towels helpful, extra bedroom toss pillows. No wine glasses. Showers too small with nowhere to put anything inside. Beds too small. Needs salad bowl. Sliding deck doors wouldn't close all the way so many, many bugs got in, including stinging bees.'

'Great Location and view from pool area our apartment was located in the 24th Floor great view! Main Air Conditioning unit in the living room was not working and bathrooms could use a remodel but besides that location and views were great.'

'Very quiet beach and general area! Absolutely no fight for chairs . Enjoyed the available food ,bar and music thurs Fri, sat and sun. The pool is beautiful large and clean . Amenities/gym not as indicated in VRBO . Gym is not available. It has been neglected and needs a significant amount of work to reopen. Despite some vacant and neglected condos, it is a place I would love to return .'

'This was perfect for a group of four girls, the decor was adorable, and the building was even more impressive. Very clean & comfortable. My only feedback is that I would’ve liked to have some paper towels. Otherwise great location definitely recommend.'

'The apartment has wonderful beach and mountain views. It is also close to grocery stores, restaurants and golf. The Golf Town in Coronado is home to many expats living in Panama and a great place to ask questions. Highly recommend the property!!! '

'The property is not called New Modern Ocean View - very misleading for locating the complex. Local cab drivers or Uber drivers had difficulty finding it, the name of this property is HP Boutique Del Mar. The property is about two years old and is still going through growing pains.The property manager who has the office in the building speaks English and was a great help with issues we presented her with. Many times she went beyond her call of duty. We have encountered very few Panamanians who...

'Wow! What a pleasant surprise!! We watched the sun rise and fall over the canal and watched the ships waiting to traverse. From the balcony you can watch the tide come in and go out. The condo was well appointed. We loved the rainfall shower in the master room. Master bed is very low to the floor however, it surprisingly slept fantastic. The kitchen had everything you could possibly need accept the food! Very nice having a large washer/ dryer, so we went home with clean clothes. Unit is right...

"Beautiful accomodation at a very good location. Reception staff was very helpfull. Staff in the restaurant in the evening were hard to find and we had to wait very long for everything we ordered. E.g we waited more than 15minutes to get a cup of tea. The rooms were cleaned daily. However, the heads of the bed were very dusty. We had to catch an early flight and it was a bit of a negotiation to get breakfast. The only hand out breakfastpackages with ham sandwiches. Asking for different sandwiches was not possible. At last the manager, Edwin, stepped in and made it possible for us to get something from the breakfast buffet. I would not expect a breakfast-take-out to be such a drama. Especially not when you’ve paid to get breakfast included in the room rate. "
