Nice house, well outfitted, just the right size. Too close to the airport for us, but we had a good time. Beware the driveway sprinklers for water spots on your car.

Well Appointed Palm Springs Home
The house itself was lovely. It came fully stocked with the necessities (although a ridiculous amount of baking pans), it was clean (and I am very picky), all appliances were new, there was plenty of space for 3 couples, and the property managers were very responsive. The only downside I can say is the neighborhood is transitional and if is directly under the airport take off path. Fortunately, the planes are infrequent and stop at about 10pm. It would be a great place for a family to enjoy the pool and the space. Not super close to down town.

CASA DE ARCOS
The location of Casa De Arcos was perfect. Everything was within a 10-15 minute drive that we needed(convention center, downtown palm springs). Grocery stores were within 5 minutes of the house which made it super easy when needing to run out for groceries. The backyard set up was very nice and perfect for relaxing but also enjoying the pool and bbq. Our stay included cheer moms and athletes and we both enjoyed the layout of the house and the open concept of the kitchen and living room. The property management was super quick to respond and very accommodating to our needs. Would definitely recommend and would stay at this property again.

Great Holiday stay!
we spent 10 days at this house over the Christmas holiday and LOVED it! its very comfy and cozy and we really enjoyed the family room and fireplace. The pool and spa were the perfect temperature and worked great. we had our two little dogs with us and they played in the grassy area next to the pool patio. The communication with the management company was prompt and the service was professional. this house is a good option if you want to be comfortable but spread out a bit.

This property is beautiful. Very well equipped with everything you could possibly need. It was spotless and not a penny was spared with the interior and exterior of this home. Beds were all very comfortable and top of the line appliances in the kitchen . Will most definitely be returning next summer for our family vacation. Thank you for such a wonderful experience!

We truly enjoyed our stay at Casa de Arcos. The house was very clean and had everything you could need. The backyard area and pool was a delight to hang out at in the afternoon. The location was perfect, so close to downtown Palm Springs, I would definitely stay again if in the area.

Family Get Away
Six of us stayed here for a spur of the moment get away and it was just what we wanted. Quiet neighborhood, but close to the action. Clean and comfortable with everything we needed to cook. The backyard oasis was where we lived - it was really nice. We had trouble getting the lock-box to release when we first arrived, and couldn't figure out how to adjust the hot tub temperature, but the support team quickly resolved both issues. Overall great experience.

Great Property, Awful Customer Service, No Compensation for Issues
We had 2 situations needing customer service in our 3-day rental & were 100% disappointed. 1st, there was a mechanical issue with the spa within hrs of checking in. When trying to heat spa, it completely drained – making it unusable for more than 1/3 our rental. Multiple calls & texts (including picture of the empty hot tub) went unanswered except for “working with local team” & “the local team has been contacted.” When they did respond it was not helpful: “use the code to change the temperature” & “read the welcome packet at the front door.” 2 hours after the issue was reported, I received a text the pool guy would come the next day “in the morning” & no time could be shared. The pool guy had no clue there was an issue; only scheduled to clean pool. A call with Grand Welcome netted “we contacted the local company & have no information”. Finally, they texted pool guy was on his way & it would be a quick fix. After determining not a quick fix, he showed us how to manually change the pump because it had to be replaced. Mgmt Co sent a text to assure we did steps “no further damage to the equipment” happened! The 2nd morning, pool guy showed up unannounced & told us to vacate the yard. After 2 hrs, the manual way we were instructed to change the heat was no longer an option. I inquired if the heat was fixed & again “we are inquiring with our local team”. I did ask about compensation for spa – no response. 2nd issue, they double charged dog fee. No refunds for either!

Fantastic home in Palm Springs
Really great home with everything you need to enjoy your vacation. Beds are comfortable. Kitchen is well equipped. Pool and spa are amazing! As you can see by the map of the property, it lies right in the flight line of PSP. So if occasional airplane noise bothers you, this probably isn’t the house for you. It didn’t bother us! We love being close to downtown PS. Great home!

Much needed getaway
It was really a great vacation. The house is layed out so nice and easily accomodated the 6 of us (3 adults & 3 children age 9-14). Everything worked so well, beautifully devorated and perfectly furnished with everything we needed. The pool and outdoor bathroom and shower are fabulous. We all had such fun. Our dog loved it, special gated grassed area for dog with doggy door to house. Also took long morning walk with dog in neighborhood. It was the weekend with heatwave, got up to 121 but no problem, everywhere is air conditioned. We loved riding up to downtown area for coffee and ice cream, and see all the stores. We went to antique stores- fun but expensive. Saw Frank Sinatras home and Movie Colony. Then we planned to eat dinner out but we decided to eat at the house and enjoy it. Glad we did!!! No complaints. Loved it!

This property was wonderful; the pictures didn’t do it justice. We spent most of our waking hours in the backyard. It was incredibly relaxing. It is well laid out and has everything we needed, including kitchen supplies for cooking meals. Our dog had everything she needed for a comfortable stay as well.

Palm Springs Paradise!
This was the perfect house for a girls weekend! Beautiful home with 3 big bedrooms. I got the master which was amazing! The pool is gorgeous and perfect set up with lounge chairs and tables in the shade. A bathroom out by the pool so you did not need to go inside. The kitchen had everything you could need! Beautiful ceiling fans throughout the home which kept the temperature perfect. If you get a chance to rent this home, DO IT!!! We are already planning a trip back!

I would give this property 6 Stars if I could. This is THE cleanest property I have ever stayed at! Everything from the front door to the recently hosed off patio in the back prior to our arrival. It had everything we needed during our stay and was VERY comfortable (love the closet space in bedrooms). The best part... After our flights were cancelled due to weather, the Property Manager and owners were very accommodating to extend our stay another 2 nights. We would definitely stay here again!
