This meant that we could maximise our use of the excellent outside facilities and especially the pool which was warm enough to swim in with ease (as was the sea). 'We have just spent a perfect week in Don's house in Kassiopi. He and his wife are gentle, kind people, clearly in the business of 4*service. Their two restaurants, one on the harbor are lovely spots, just as their beautiful home we stayed in. The separate studio was ideal for our daughter and her 2 teenage friends, while we stayed up in the house with our older sons. Very nice beds, large rooms, perfectly equipped kitchen, very well working AC's, a wonderful pool and a regular cleaning lady who...

'Villa was nice and clean and the pool was really lovely. The views from the pool and the rest of the villa were spectacular . The air con was a blessing as it was in the mid 30s every day . The kitchen was a bit dated but perfectly usable. The beaches were great with crystal waters( you might want to get beach shoes if you have sensitive feet as the beaches are mostly pebbles) All in all we had a highly enjoyable and relaxing time at villa Amalia .'

'What a fabulous villa! The listing photo’s tell you how gorgeous the view from all the balconies is. The location was perfect: privacy without being remote. The stroll down to the beach was very easy, and we enjoyed drinks at Sunset Restaurant before a sunset swim one evening, and a meal there on another. 'Heerlijke 2 weken gehad in VIP Paradise met vrouw kinderen en 2 kleinkinderen. Fantastisch uitzicht . Heel fijn zwembad wat bijna iedere dag schoongemaakt werd. In onze vakantie werd 2 keer bedlinnen en handdoeken verschoond!! Bij aankomst lagen er snacks, brood , beleg, wijn en water klaar, fantastisch. In elke ruimte airco ook op de slaapkamers Enig puntje wat verbetering zou behoeven zijn de douchecabines, die maar voor de helft functioneren. Maak hier fijne inloopdouche s van en het huis is...

'Wat hebben wij (gezin met 3 kleine kinderen) een mooie vakantie achter de rug in deze mooie villa! Het was even zoeken nr de locatie maar de eigenaars hebben ons hier zeer goed in begeleid. Alles was voorzien! Airco in de kamers. Voldoende handdoeken. Wasmachine. Dat er geen vaatwasser ter beschikking was maakte voor ons niet uit. Het zwembad zeer verzorgd. 'Ein beeindruckendes Anwesen mit schön gestaltetem Garten und Pool. Es ist ein wenig abseits gelegen, so dass es sehr dort sehr ruhig ist, man aber auch schnell an den Strand oder zu den Geschäften kommt. Die Villa selbst ist sehr ansprechend gestaltet und man findet alles, was man für den Aufenthalt braucht. Um dort hin- und wegzukommen ist ein Auto unbedingt erforderlich. '

'The area of Nissaki is super beatiful, it was a lovely break! The view from the apartment was fantastic, best bit about the stay. Rooms; twin was lovely. The aircon great and quiet. 'We hebben een hele goede tijd gehad in de villa. Het is een heel fijn en goed verzorgd huis, zeer schoon, extra's als veel films (video) en veel tv-kanalen en je kunt heerlijk buiten zitten rondom het huis. Alan is zeer goed bereikbaar en altijd beschikbaar. Kassiopi is lopend goed te bereiken. Heeft vele fijne eettentjes en is zeer gemoedelijk.'

'The view from the patio and pool was amazing. Be aware the drive up to the villa is on an extremely narrow road with very tight turns. Our main complaint was with the booking process specifically modifications to our original reservation. We booked for 5 nights but due to changes in our schedule we were only able to stay for 2 nights. We contacted our host over 6 months in advance but was told it was a 4 night minimum stay. 'We booked last minute due to needing to change accommodation half way thru our trip, and the host was so accommodating for my young family, beautiful villa, and location. Lovely and clean, and a nice hamper of essentials when we arrived. Thank You.'

'Truly a majestic view of the Ionian Sea and coastlines with sunrise to sunset southern exposure, including the city lights of Corfu after dark. The villa is highly maintained and absolutely clean, inside and out. The pool was crystal clear. We enjoyed the remoteness from the city of Corfu and the quiet, visually private location. The nearby village of Kassiopi had excellent markets and a bakery. A couple irritating issues (why 4 stars) were that the villa lacked hot water for most of our stay....

'Als je met gezin bent is het lekker s’ochtends een duik in het zwembad te nemen. In dit hotel gaat het zwembad pas om 11 uur open. En je zit op een grasveld op ouwe stoelen. Ontbijt is erg mager.'

'Locatie in het centrum top!! Is pand in zo'n oud Grieks straatje. Houdt rekening met 2 trappen op. Je kan niet parkeren. Parkeren op Spianada plein(3euro) en 5 min lopen. Verder slechte harde bedden , zelfs wij dertigers kregen rugpijn. Verder was de badkamer vies, schimmel/vies op douche, wit douchegordijn bruin , muffe lucht. Prijs /kwaliteit kun je elders beter krijgen.'

"Badkamer is voor ons als oudere mensen, bad/ douch combinatie niet veilig meer, en is ook oud dated , inloop douche zou veiliger zijn, verder is de accomodatie prima."

"The surroundings are really beautiful, so close to the beach. The gardens are beautiful too. The rooms and the corridors are a bit 'dated'. The bathroom could use an update for example. And I would put some paintings or pictures on the walls of the rooms to make it a bit nicer. The food is fantastic! Really really good, everything you could wish for and if you have questions they are very willing to help. The staff is excellent. We had a massage which was great. The bed at the pool are also a bit dated. Entertainment is nice in the evening and there is something to do for the children but I could see that they loved playing at the beach. I would come back here!"

"Mooi strand, super personeel. Maar afgelegen, matig onderhoud, eten matig, te weinig Griekenland gevoel. Transfer bus naar Corfu stad in voor seizoen al snel vol. Vooral het personeel heeft het verblijf fijn gemaakt. "
