'The kitchen was very dirty. The knives in the knife block on the counterhad dried up food on them, the countertops had food stains on them, and there was one tiny cutting board. The bedroom was comfortable, clean, and well maintained. The owner/contact was very nice and helpful.'

'Remote check-in was easy, but the automated text didn't include the property address, so I needed to look it up separately. The suite was perfect for our needs. Nothing fancy, but it had the essentials. It was clean and safe. The space was quite cool upon our arrival and took a long time to warm up after we found the thermostat. More side tables would be helpful, as would more towels/blankets. Thank you for having shampoo etc. stocked for us! The bathtub/shower enclosure is difficult to step...
