'The property was in a good location. Being picked up at the airport upon arrival was great. Manager did not speak english and failed to mention that dishes for the kitchen were actually in our room. We were not told in advance about the cultural show. There was only a sign in Spanish on the day it took place, so we missed it. The batheoom was extremely small. No bar soap or shampoo available. 'Hele goede service v.w.b ophaalservice van vliegveld en regelen eilandtour. Kamers gedateerd en sanitair niet zo geweldig. Schoonmaak heel matig, bedden worden wel opgemaakt maar douche, toilet en wasbak zijn in de 4 nachten dat wij er verbleven niet schoongemaakt; ook de handdoeken zijn niet gewisseld. Locati heel goed, dicht bij centrum en zicht op de zee. Prijs - kwaliteit is oké, wij betaalden 75 us dollar per nacht en 1 dag gratis jeep.'

'L'Hotel n'a jamais trouve notre réservation faite plusieurs mois a l'avance dans leur dossiers et nous ont offert de reserver a nouveau a un prix beaucoup plus cher que prévu. Malgré que nous avions notre reservation imprimée de ce site, ils n'ont rien trouvé du tout dans leurs fichiers. Nous avons dû trouver un séjour ailleurs selon notre budget, alors que tout etait complet sur l'île. '

'Kamers waren prima, badkamer ook ook. Transport vanaf het vliegveld was wel geregeld, en Claudia helpt goed (als je Spaans spreekt). Receptie van het hotel was ver onder de maat.. De balie was helemaal niet open, en het toilet werkte niet. Waar dat betreft was het meer een Airbnb.'

'At check in there was no one that spoke English, a wrong wifi pass word was given aswell as a wrong time of breakfast. Upfront I contacted the hotel to arrange a tour, but they didn’t answer my (several) requests. The room didn’t have wifi as mentioned on the site and the price was totally not according the quality of the room. Wont recommend it to anyone. '

'The place is very open, peaceful, clean and very friendly, helpful accommodating staff. Breakfast is sufficient. Kenatea, the manager is very nice. Our flight is not until late in the afternoon and she let us stayed in our room until we are ready to leave for our flight. '
