'I didn’t like they didn’t have the amenities that was listed on the website!! My room didn’t have heat, the room, towels, bathroom was dirty.'

'I waited at the front desk for check in for over 10 min. There were two employees behind the desk. One was on the phone addressing a past customer 's problem. The other one was sitting down behind the counter folding papers and doing nothing. Very Disrespectful. The dining staff and cleaning staff were Top Notch. Especially Deb in the dining room. Excellent customer service, was very polite and welcoming and warm. Cleaning crew were Great. Although the check in was rocky and I thought of leaving...

'It is currently being remodelled and will be finished in June 2025. Our floor was finished and was wonderful. The lobby and first floor were being worked on but it was no inconvenience at all. Close to shops and restaurants and excellent staff! We loved it! '
