Apartment: - The primary bedroom does not have an actual wall or door (this was OK with us). - The kitchen was fully furnished and the refrigerator was spacious. 'we visited Paris for 3 days, 2 nights. At arrival we contacted the owner and he immediately responded and a friend of him was there within 5 min to open the door. Good explanation about the house rules in English and during our stay we could ask all questions to the owner if needed. The bed was perfect and clean; bathroom could use a bit more cleaning in the corners :-). Shower was very strong and nicely warm. During the night it was very silent and with the shutters down dark as well, so...

'We loved our stay here. The street is bustling and fun, but once you are in the apartment everything is quiet and calm. The kitchen space is so nice. We all gathered there nightly for our meal and to plan the next day's adventures. '

'Wonderful location next to a park and street blocked off from cars. Clean and comfortable apartment with nice views. The only negative was the fridge and cupboards had some opened food in them that seemed old. I would ask that any food be removed before a future stay. Overall, highly recommend this place!'

'We stayed at this appartment 4 nights. The host arranged a taxi transfer for us from CDG to the accommodation. He then met us there and walked us through everything and was informative & helpful. The appartment was bigger than I expected with plenty of storage and many amenities. The supermarket at Val d' Europe shopping centre was enormous & is worth a visit. 'We loved Sandy and Delphi es beautiful apartment! I had more than enough space to give us enough room to gather and plenty of privacy. The location was convenient for catching the Metro or the bus or Uber or Taxi. There were plenty of great places to eat just out our door. In addition we found great patisseries, cheese shops, wine shops and produce stands close by. Sandy and Delphine were wonderful hosts and I hope we someday meet again. Thank you so much.'

'Fabrice is fabulous. We didn’t understand the washer and he straightened it out. It just takes a very long time. Flat is roomy for two. Lots of necessary little items that we are missing in some other places. Elevator is important and was necessary for seniors like us.'

'There are many great restaurants and cafe's in the area, and most are walkable. Ubers to Notre Dame, Eiffel Tower, etc. are reasonably priced. '

'We had a wonderful stay. We arrived on opening day of the olympics 2024 and Ms. Aries waited for us to arrive in the pouring rain. She was calm and thoughtful and fully explained all the components of the flat. Everything was clean and abundant in supplies. The location was excellent and easy to get around all points of the Paris. The back bedroom is completly silent. Totally enjoyed and you will too.'

'It was a perfect base for a family of four to enjoy Disneyland and Paris. Great transport links and local shops. Easy to get to Disney. Kitchen was well equipped and beds where comfortable a must after a busy day at DLP. The pool was handy and kids loved it. '

'Our group needed a place to stay for a few days of fun at Disney Paris as well as a traveling into Paris to see the sights. The apartment was a great location, less than a 1 km walk to the Bussy-Saint-Georges RER Station and the amazing local boulangerie for breakfast! The apartment itself was lovely, with plenty of space to relax and a wonderful rooftop deck/patio to enjoy a morning cup of tea or an after dinner drink. 'Super host! Clean place, and get location'

'I really like the location near the Canal St Martin. Lovely to walk there in the morning. Or join the locals running or biking. Several restaurants and stores near by. A bit far from the main tourist areas but we made it work. Check in was a bit wonky as the instructions told you directions and codes to get into the building and then tell you to go to a keynest store 10 min away to get the keys to get into the unit. Master bed is really 2 twins pushed together so not ideal for a couple....

"We had a fantastic experience! While the rooms are compact, the hotel more than makes up for it with its luxurious feel. The space is well-designed, and every detail is thought through. The breakfast was delicious with a great variety of options. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, making our stay even more enjoyable. The value for money is exceptional, and the location couldn't be better (who doesn't want to stay in the Rue du CROISSANT in France :-) It is close to everything you'd want to see and do in Paris. Highly recommended!"

"Echt een ideaal, net en betaalbaar hotel in Parijs. Aan de Seine, op 10-12 min lopen van de Eiffeltoren EN 1 van de opstapplaatsen van de Hop on Hop off bussen (o.a die van Tootbus). Veilige buurt, auto kan tegen betaling volledig afgesloten worden geparkeerd. Verbleven hier met onze 2 kids (10 en 12). Hele fijne bedden, geweldige douche. In onze eerste kamer wilde het raam alleen niet open, geen probleem want we konden zo wisselen met een andere kamer. Personeel in alles heel vriendelijk en behulpzaam. Lekker ontbijt. En de lobby... fantastisch. Leuk met al die (gratis) arcade games."
