This luxurious and well appointed 5 bedroom villa features : 1 master bedroom with a king bed, a private sitting room with direct access to the pool; a second master with king bed with direct access to the pool. The third bedroom with queen bed with the third bathroom.

2 other bedrooms with 2 twin beds in each.

All bedrooms have FLAT SCREEN TV.

High chair, stroller, pack n play are provided

The screened in, private pool and spa fully fenced for more privacy

Enjoy the spacious, covered lanai with many chaise loungers, table, chairs and outdoor fan. Preparing meals is easy in the fully equipped kitchen. Relax in the family room with the 65 inch tv,

There is a kitchen nook for casual meals and a formal dining room for entertaining. The laundry room has a washer and dryer, iron/ironing board.

There is a fantastic games room. Linens and towels are provided. Telephone (local and long distance), cable and wireless internet are included.

The kitchen and bathrooms have been upgraded with new granite countertops, sinks, faucets and stainless steel appliances. Fill up your water bottles with cold filtered water from the fridge.

Great property gave us plenty of space for myself and adult children to have their own rooms. There is a substantial extra fee to heat the hot tub. The kitchen is not stocked with any seasonings or oil, so if you want to cook anything you need to buy basic staples in addition to groceries. Otherwise, the kitchen is fully stocked with pots pans, utensils, etc. We left donuts on the bar and by morning it was full of tiny bugs. We didn’t see bugs elsewhere. They had a small laundry detergent, which was nice to wash clothes while there. The orientation book requests that you strip all of the beds and start a load of towels and move everything to the laundry room. The materials also strongly discourage any communication outside of business hours Monday through Friday because they have personal lives; and clarify that pool temperature is not an emergency. There’s no instruction on pool temp and equipment, so ask your questions during the day. it did not affect our stay other than the pool temperature the first night when we didn’t feel comfortable calling even though we paid extra. We would definitely stay again, it is perfect for a family Overall, it was clean, check-in was very easy, and five bedrooms is a plus!

Weekend for 3 generations
This would have been one of the best vacation homes I’ve stayed at if communication was better. We ordered the pool and spa to be heated. Upon arrival I messaged the owner regarding the pool issues, he disregarded my concerns by stating the previous guest utilized the pool and it was working properly. Resulting in me communicating again to let him know it wasn’t. He told me someone would be out around 10am the next morning being it was late when I responded. Well we never saw anyone arrive that morning. My family and I just accepted it as a loss. I did check my message and was told something with the spa went out and needed to be replaced. At this point we were fine because overall the stay was enjoyable the house was in a quiet neighborhood and was fully stocked; laundry detergent, pods for dishwasher, and even disinfectant. Nice cooking set and yes a knife that really cuts without effort. The beds were a little hard, but I guess it’s based on preference. Overall will I stay again of course, but please Michel communicate better and don’t disregard your guest request. Thanks and be blessed

The property was perfect for our family’s stay. The pool was an added bonus and our 6 year old’s favorite part of the vacation. The only downside was it could have been a little cleaner and the kitchen had an ant issue. But it was a very convenient distance from all the attractions.

Family Vacation
We enjoyed staying at this property and we had plenty of room for all of us. After hot days at the Disney Parks it was nice to come back and relax in the pool with the family. Mandalorian stay
Villa very good and well maintained. Only issues. Strange smell In back garden- could have been as a result of pool heater. BBQ delivered without gas. When requested resolution was asked to check whether it was really empty! Was sorted. Asked for partial refund for BBQ hire for two days without facility. Not granted as rental company wouldn’t provide to landlord. Not sure what this has to do with us as not our issue how BBQ was sourced. Hirer should be aware that North face of garden means minimal sun (which could be good or bad depending on preference).
