Bienvenue à Ultimate Mouse House - le (deuxième) endroit le plus heureux au monde!

Situé à seulement sept miles du Magic Kingdom, notre ultime Mouse House vous permet de revenir à la maison à votre propre Disney World privée chaque soir. Plein de vie et de couleurs, notre attention Disney-tastic aux détails fera chaque instant de vos enfants magique. Walt Disney lui-même approuverait des chambres à droite de nos somptueusement enfants à thème vers le bas pour l'éclairage au néon dans notre chambre Star Wars et le chariot lits Cendrillon dans notre salle de princesse. Et l'ultime Mouse House est tout placé pour vos petits. Nous fournissons non seulement deux berceaux, mais un co-dormeur, une poussette, un pull pour bébé, deux pack et des jeux, une balançoire, une chaise haute, un siège d'appoint, et un pot de bébé.

Cela dit, l'Ultimate Mouse House est non seulement pour les enfants. Les adultes de votre famille apprécieront le mobilier haut de gamme et auront des songes Disney dignes sur nos surmatelas de luxe. Nos suites de maître Congelés et La Belle et la Bête à thème sont dotées de lits king size et salle de bains privative, avec un cinquième, Little Mermaid thème, reine chambre de taille.

Notre cuisine est équipée d'appareils en acier inoxydable et est stocké avec le grès et couverts pour douze, ainsi que tous les ustensiles de cuisine et petits appareils électroménagers. (Assurez-vous de mettre de côté au moins un matin pour faire des gaufres Mickey avec notre Mickey gaufrier-vous en aurez à trouver la combinaison de gaufres inclus dans notre équipements généreux panier!) A l'extérieur, notre véranda fermée contient un grand barbecue inox et ombragé coin de dîner pour douze avec des ventilateurs de plafond en plein air.

Quand vient le temps de s'amuser en famille, vous aurez le choix entre nos sept téléviseurs haute définition à écran plat (tous équipés de lecteurs de DVD Blu-Ray), notre Nintendo Wii, le WIFI gratuit et tous les divertissements dans le garage, avec ping-pong , baby-foot, skee-ball et des dizaines de jouets et de jeux. Et bien sûr, ce ne serait pas des vacances en famille en Floride sans une piscine et un jacuzzi.

A: The Ultimate Mouse House est situé dans la sous-division Estates de Legacy Park. Il est un quartier familial ORIENTÉ calme, magnifiquement paysagé. Il est pas un quartier pour les fêtes de vacances de printemps.

Q: Combien de personnes la Chambre Souris peut dormir?

A: The Mouse House dispose de cinq chambres, avec lits pour 11 adultes. Il y a aussi un canapé-lit queen, un berceau, et un bébé co-sleeper, pour un maximum de treize adultes.

Q: Avez-vous des réductions?

R: Nous offrons des tarifs réduits sur des séjours d'une durée d'une semaine ou plus. Toutefois, ce taux est calculé automatiquement lorsque vous entrez vos dates projetées dans Abritel. Les tarifs indiqués sont notre «meilleur taux», et nous n'offrent des réductions supplémentaires à ce moment.

R: Pas moins que notre taux hebdomadaire, non.

Q: Y at-il une charge pour le chauffage de la piscine?

A: La charge pour le chauffage de la piscine varie de 5 $ par jour à 20 $ par jour en fonction de la période de l'année. Il en coûte beaucoup plus pour chauffer une piscine en Décembre. Au cours des mois d'été, la piscine est très chaud, même sans chauffage, en particulier si vous utilisez la couverture solaire.

Q: J'ai vu les ventilateurs de plafond dans les chambres de maître. Est-ce que l'air de votre maison climatisée?

A: Absolument! L'Ultimate Mouse House dispose de la climatisation centrale et la salle de jeux aménagée possède sa propre unité de climatisation séparée. Il a aussi des ventilateurs de plafond dans les deux chambres des maîtres, tout simplement parce que cela semble être une chose du Sud.

Q: Quels sont les check-in et check out?

A: Check-in à 15 heures et check-out est à 10 h.

Q: Qui nous donne nos clés? Que faire si nous sommes au volant et ne savons pas exactement quand nous arriverons?

A: Pas de soucis! The Ultimate Mouse House a une "porte intelligente" et ne pas utiliser les touches. Lors de la réservation, vous sélectionnez un code numérique que je vais activer le jour de votre arrivée et supprimer après votre départ. Il suffit d'entrer le code à pêne dormant électronique. Pas de clés à s'inquiéter. :)

Magnifique séjour en famille
Idéale pour un séjour en famille. La maison est grande et laisse assez d'espace pour chacun (nous étions 9) Les chambres à thème ont fait le plaisir des petits comme des grands. La piscine est super. Merci à Jillian. 😃

Walt Would Be Ashamed!!!!
No Pool heat after multiple attempts to get the owner to have it turned on. Gave plenty of time before the trip to make sure it was on so our kids could use the pool on our rest day. Owner confirmed heat was turned on however the pool and spa was ice cold. No communication from the owner after multiple attempts. House was not cleaned prior to our stay with cleaners showing up after the check-in time. Cleaners never returned to mop or vacuum like they said they would. Black mold in upstairs shower, broken toys all over the back patio, old doors and junk taking up all the closet space, missing letters from signs, broken blinds allowing people to see in. RENTERS BEWARE THIS PLACE IS NOT AS ADVERTISED!! The reason i gave two stars is because we were made aware the night before we were checking in that the roof would be replaced during the first 3 days of our stay. Owner refund half the stay all we wanted was the pool heat which we never got so our kids could not use the pool at all. Owner has not responded since our stay. This place is a joke and VRBO needs to do better holding their owners to a certain standard. Do yourself a favor and stay somewhere else this owner does not take pride in her property and has 0 communication skills. I wish VRBO allowed me to post pictures because i would provide updated photos of this location because the ones they have listed are old and the place is in bad shape. The freezer wouldn't even open without causing wall damage.

Disappointing- inaccurate listing
This was a very dissatisfying stay. The listing is inaccurate, and pictures must be very old. The host was very prompt at replying until check in day and then SILENCE. I confirmed 2 weeks before our stay the pool would be heated, the baby items listed were available and good to use and the issues mentioned in reviews were fixed. I was told everything was fixed, the strollers and baby items were ready and the pool would be heated. I did not cancel and hoped for the best based on that reply. We arrived to broken furniture, doors, toilets not working, lights turning on and off without being touched and many not even working, wet bathroom towels and none of the household items listed in the description, we had to buy everything. The pool was ice cold and the pool guy could not get it fixed, the game rooms was all broken and of all the strollers had holes and were completely unusable. I messaged the host several times with no reply. We rented this for the amenities listed and it was so disappointing to not be able to use any of them. We ended up having to spend a lot more money going to find things to do daily because we did not have the amenities described. Do not waste your money on this place.

No light switches working properly smoke detectors removed top of stairs,nail head sticking up in center of stair,pool filthy,hot tub freezing,kitchen sink handle broken,cherry on top some didn’t pay the electric bill.other than that made the best of a bad situation.

Misleading Pool Description
The listing advertised a heated pool and hot tub. My children were very excited to swim and sit in the hot tub. When we arrived both the pool and hot tub were very cold. I messaged the owner and was told if we wanted to pool and hot tub heated we had to message her a couple days prior to have the heater turned on. To run the heater for the pool and hot tub was also an additional $20/day. We did not know any of this until after we arrived. We were disappointed and frustrated that we were never told we had to request the heated pool be heated! I messaged the owner to see if the heater could then be turned on and never got a reply. This house has a lot of potential, but needs a little TLC. There were many lights that didn’t work including the only kitchen light, main living room light, the pink princess room light, and the vanity light in the frozen master bathroom. We had to bring a lamp into the kitchen for light and I used my flashlight on my phone to do my makeup in the master frozen bathroom. The Wii remotes didn’t work and we couldn’t find any board games that were advertised. The kitchen facet was broken as well. There was no welcome basket. The outside area was also very dirty. With a little extra care this could be a great place to stay, just needs a little work and more accurate listing.

The pictures must have been taken a long time ago. The kitchen sink faucet was broken, there were stains on the rugs, the closet doors were off the tracks, the pool was cold and the outside tables were dirty, there was wholes in the walls, duct tape held one of the toilet seats together, many lightbulbs were out. We didn’t get the door keys until just a couple of hours prior to check in time. Communication with the host was poor. I’ve stayed at several VRBO properties and this was by far the worst experience I’ve ever had.

Themed Well Yet Disappointed with Quality/Functionality
My family booked this as a last minute option due to its cute Disney theme. It’s evident the owner has put effort into making this a true Mouse House - the beauty and the beast room was my favorite and my niece loved the princess room. Although themed very well making it a fun house for families - my family was disappointed in some of the functionality and quality of them place - light switches didn’t work/lights wouldn’t turn on, kitchen faucet fallen off, not enough towels for the bathrooms, outside door to pool wouldn’t lock (although a board was put in place to keep it closed - made us nervous if kids moved it), floors were dirty (feet/socks were black after walking), cockroach in garage, stained carpet, pool area looked untouched for a long time, there was duct tape holding together a cracked toilet seat, and we had to replace batteries in remotes to get them to work. Overall, likely my family would not book again but believe this place would be an excellent place if some time and attention where put to it as it has great potential (set up, kid friendliness, space, location to activities, theme, open layout, etc.)

This was a great place to stay off site if you’re visiting Disney. My only complaint was the pool was very green and hot tub temp was low the first two days of our stay. Pool cleaner came and pool/hot tub were great the rest of our trip.

my overall impression with this house was good....if you are looking for disney themed this is the house for you... its everywhere...there were some issues that needed looking after but after we fixed them ..we settled in and it was a great stay...there is lots of room for everyone and its very open ...the location is excellent...publix.. pharmacy... gas station.. ice cream place are all within a 5 minute drive..the one issue i had was i have difficulty with stairs and hills and the drive way at this house is not a "slight incline"... its a very steep hill and we parked our car on the street... anyone with mobility issues would not do well with this laneway...some of the things that were in the pictures were not in the house... (the princess beds did not have netting on them and that was one of the reasons i rented it for the grandchildren) so that was a disappointment. and the pool area and furniture need replacing.. but overall the house is a great place to stay and i would recommend it to anyone. i would stay there again except for the laneway. It was just too hard with my breathing and mobility ...but it is definitely a good place to stay

Clean, with lots to do to keep kids occupied
For our trip to Disney, we stayed at the Ultimate Mouse House with my husband and our 3 kids, ages 4, 2, and 2 months, his parents, and his brother & his family (5 kids ages 5-13). We had plenty of room, and there were lots of amenities for the kids to enjoy. The pool was awesome! It is not heated but the solar cover keeps it so warm! We enjoyed it and the hot tub after long days in the park. The kids enjoyed the game room, especially the ping pong table and the toys that were there. I feel like this house is great for families with kids of all ages. It was super nice to have a place for our 2 month old to sleep without us having to bring extra equipment. The house was very clean upon our arrival, but there were several minor things broken or damaged in some way when we arrived. Just little things, like blinds, chairs, a closet door, and lamps that were damaged but still functional. I did message the property owner to let her know about those things in case she wasn’t aware, but I didn’t get a response. We also didn’t have a “welcome basket”, but there were things like soap, detergent, and dryer sheets there for us. Not a big deal, just not what the description says. Overall, this was a great place for us, and if we go to Disney with our whole family again like that, I would stay here again if we could!

Loved this Mouse House
Went for Christmas 2022. Things started off not so great as I noticed as we pulled up and noticed the door code had not been added to the app. I called the owner and she immediately gave us the code, and mentioned she had been sick (which made things not so bad). We loved the house and all the themed rooms, there was even a Christmas tree! There were toys in the garage for my 1 year old to play with as well as stuff for my older children to do. We skipped the pool because it was really cold, in the 40s and 50s, but it also look very nice and refreshing. The only thing I would change is the distance from parks, it was at least a 30 minute drive to the parks

Cute Property Close to Disney
This is a great property for a girls trip to disney! The rooms were well themed and comfortable, everything was clean, and the pool and hot tub were lifesavers after long days walking in the park. One thing to keep in mind is that the bedrooms didn't have ceiling fans, only floor fans, but that's a minor detail. I would recommend staying here to anyone!

The house was great very spacious, there was supposed to be a welcome basket according to online and we didn’t get one, you couldn’t mess with the thermostat, wash cloths and towels were provided but there was only a total of 5 with 3 full bathrooms. Overall it was a nice place and we enjoyed the stay. Just wished the property owner communicated better with me.

Great house clean and large. Super comfy beds and 5 themed rooms. Kids loved Princess and Star Wars Rooms. Has everything you could possibly need to cook meals. Great pool and hot tub. Pool was supposed to be heated but still felt quite cold even after msging host on 1st day. There are some cosmetic updates needed like broken lights, blinds, wii system/game discs and games in the garage but nothing that ruined our stay. Communication with the host was horrible I had issues with this from a month before making the whole lead up to our vacation very stress filled for me. Finally heard from the host the day before our checkin after reaching out to VRBO to assist. Almost a perfect stay if communication with the host would have been better.

This was a win
PROS: this house has everything you need. Honestly. Everything you need as if you live there. This is NOT an old crusty place. Most— if not all— the things are new. Washer & dryer m, even laundry soap. Plenty of seating and sleeping spaces. Gas grill & charcoal. Cookware & utensils. Huge pool & hot tub at no extra charge. CONS: some of the tvs did not work (NEW TVS but previous ppl broke them) The incline drive way but hey I live upstairs so not that big of a deal. The grass needed cutting.

My stay
Property was nice. The owner was quick to respond and was nice My grandkids loved the pool. My suggestions for the owner to make a binder of how to turn things on and where things are. In the binder I would put things to do around town and the distance for those places. Let them know where the grocery store are and restaurants are.

Family Trip
Amazing property. The kids really enjoyed the pool. The owner was on call when I needed her, very responsive. One of the first vacation homes with plenty of necessities (laundry, kitchen utensils, grill that is INCLUDED!). I really enjoyed our stay, will book again!
