Great apartment with pool nearby an amazing shopping mall
The apartment is great, with an amazing pool which the kids loved. La Zenia shopping mall is 3 minutes walking for great shops and restaurants. Cabo Roig and Torrevieja are nearby to visit.

Zeer compleet ingericht
Van 17 februari tot 17 maart hebben wij hier vakantie gevierd. We kunnen niet anders zeggen dan dat het geheel zeer compleet was. Als je niet gewend bent om keramisch te koken is het even een puzzel met de pannen, welke past wel en welke past niet. Supermarkt en winkelcentrum op korte loopafstand. Wij hebben de auto niet gemist. Busvervoer matig aanwezig. Langs de zee prima wandelpaden! Kortom een aanrader voor diegene die tot rust willen komen. Als je met het vliegtuig komt is het aanbevelen om gebruik te maken van de betaalde haal en brengservice.

Helaas geen reactie mogen ontvangen op de klachten die er waren
Vuil appartement inclusief vieze oven, magnetron, koffiezetapparaten, vaatwasser e.d. Alles wat je wilde gebruiken diende eerst afgewassen te worden. Absoluut geen schoonmaakkosten waard! Pannen, tupperware bakjes e.d. een bij elkaar geraapt zooitje en de meeste (koeken)pannen waren nodig aan vervanging toe. Helaas heb je aan deze kant in januari geen zon op het terras dus hebben ons blauw moeten stoken met de airco. We hadden een baby bij ons en die kon niet in het babybedje slapen vanwege de tocht over de grond. Zorg dat je een appartement aan de andere kant heb i.v.m. de zonligging. Bij sleutelinlevering klachten doorgegeven over de schoonmaak, te weinig dekbedden e.d. toen werd ons gezegd dat de apparatuur zoals de oven, magnetron, vaatwasmachine schoongemaakt diende te worden door de huurder, waar betaal je dan zoveel geld aan schoonmaakkosten voor???? Deze klachten ook bij thuiskomst doorgegeven aan de eigenaar van het appartement. Voordat we naar Spanje vertrokken reageerde deze man uiterlijk de volgende dag op onze vragen maar op onze klachten hebben we tot vandaag toe geen reactie mogen ontvangen, erg jammer. Kijk die kosten voor de elektriciteit die hebben we gebruikt en dat moet je nu eenmaal betalen maar kosten voor de schoonmaak die willen we gewoon terug want het was echt niet schoon. Ik heb zelfs nog alles gestofzuigd voor we de sleuteloverdracht hadden. Tevens is van de 7 dagen dat wij er waren, 5 dagen de aardlekschakelaar eruit geklapt. Wij hopen dat jullie de eigenaar hierop aan gaan spreken.

Good location, a little tired!
Having stayed at this property before we were happy to book again. However the property is in need of a refresh, bathrooms are a little tired, water ingress into skirting boards doesn’t look great, air conditioning in lounge is faulty. Air con in main bedroom has a leak and there’s some mould forming behind unit. The garden furniture is beyond use with most of it damaged, only one sunned was useable. Decking was also loose in places which is bit of a hazard, We were disappointed to be charged excess electricity as we barely used the air con, we used washing machine twice, €10 each time and one of these washes was for the towels provided! Property manager is however excellent, great communication at all times. Would consider staying again but property does need a refresh, there are many apartments on the complex that present better at the moment.

Great Family Stay
We stayed between 4th-11th Sept with family. The communication between the property owner and the key holder Miguel was excellent. We were delayed on our flight arriving 4th Sept and didn’t arrive at the apartment until 00:15am. This wasn’t a problem at all, I kept in touch with Miguel who was very welcoming and said please don’t worry it’s not your fault. He welcomed us, shown us around the apartment and sorted the WiFi out for my son before he left. The apartment was nice and modern, but did have a few issues that need sorting. One of the plug socket front cases had come away from the socket in the bedroom when we arrived and one of the sun loungers was damaged and had a large rip on it. I messaged Miguel straight away the next morning who said don’t worry and he is aware. The pool area was lovely and very large so didn’t feel busy even when others were in the pool. Overall we had a great time in Spain visiting family and would recommend the apartment to others. Another big shout out to Miguel who couldn’t do enough for us 👍

Average place. Rip you off when you leave don’t book this place
Over all it’s a ok place . Bit run down , broken sun loungers etc. when you leave they hit you with a bill . ( cleaning bill to which was already in the cost of the holiday . Washing machine bill . Extra electric bill the list went on ) it was in the Mid 30’s everyday so at night we needed the air con for us and the children. One day the roller shutter stopped working . I called the guy to come help and was charged 20euro.after the first week a family moved into the apartment above, from then a vile sewage smell was in our apartment . Didn’t want to call anyone as worried we would get a fine. For these reasons we will never stay again . Or recommend anyone to stay. Absolute piss take .

The host charges extra
Beware of booking with this host. He post-charges costs such as electricity and for cleaning. we left the apartment in great condition after having to clean the apartment as it was dirty. It is impossible to argue because it can be proven. the area is nice and we have stayed in the area before but never experienced a host charging your card. The only response we got from the host was; why didn't you contact me, cleaning is important to me. it also seems that the host has slipped in a clause about the electricity consumption, which means that if you use the AC, you will receive an invoice after the stay. /Family

Super Modern Apartment close to golf, beach, mall and restaurants
Super modern apartment, clean, well equipped, comfy bed and within walking distance to large mall, supermarkets, bars, restaurants and beach. A few minutes drive to golf courses. Overlooking shared pool set in secure gardens with palm trees and artificial grass. Highly recommend.

très bon séjour en famille
Le logement est beau, grand (il y a même 2 salles de bain ce qui est rare) et il est parfaitement meublé et équipé, nous n'avons pas été à l'étroit.La piscine est vraiment bien et convient aux petits et aux grands.Les terrasses sont très appréciables pour les repas et se relaxer. L'appartement est très bien situé au niveau des commerces et restaurants, on peut tout faire à pieds ce qui est pratique quand on est en vacances. Miguel, la personne qui nous a accueilli à notre arrivée, est vraiment très sympathique et réactive quand on lui demande quelque chose.C'est une adresse que nous garderons en mémoire lors d'un prochain séjour en Espagne!

Our Stay
The stay had no issues at all whilst we were there. The apartment was clean, the complex it was on was great and the kids loved the pool. The main issue became apparent when I received a final bill from the landlord at the end. They charged 20 euros to wash the bedding and towels after I had already paid 100 euros in cleaning fees. This I would assume would include cleaning bedding and towels that were provided. Other than the bedding and towels, we left the apartment as we found it. There was also a quibble over the amount of electricity we used. We had the air conditioning on at night set to 22 degrees. The air conditioning machine didn't work in one of the bedrooms so we had to use the machine in the living area to boost that. However, it was still set to 22 degrees which again is not excessive given we were staying in Spain in the summer. We were told that what we had used was unreasonable which I disagree with. They should account for the fact that people may use air conditioning in the summer months and not penalise people for it. I have never had an issue with any other holiday lets before this one and I have been staying with the family in Spain a couple of times of the year for over 10 years. Please be aware that if you wish to stay at this property that you will need to be extra vigilant with the energy that you use. You should also take a note of the meter reading at the start and end of your stay as we regretfully did not do this.

Fin lägenhet och super bra läge.
Stannade en vecka i denna lägenhet. Hade lite blandat väder. Miguel som mötte oss var tillmötesgående och bra. Vi som är två vuxna kunde gå överallt, till havet var det ca 2 km. Om något så lite skönare möbler ute att sitta i och gärna nått på framsidan eftersom solen är där på morgon.

La limpieza, y equipamiento del apartamento es de 10. La atención de Miguel es de 10 también.Por poner un pero , es una urbanización donde de forma mayoritaria hay extranjeros ( belgas, holandeses) y cómo española he de decir que su educación y trato dejaba bastante que desear.
