Central to many of the adventures found under southern Utah's expansive skies, this newly renovated home is located in the quaint town of Orderville - only 20 minutes from Zion National Park. The home is located on quiet neighborhood street where you will be able to pretend that you're lost in a magical desert oasis as you snuggle up on the back porch.
The Space:
When you've fully soaked in Mother Nature's splendor, step back into your air-conditioned home and take in the magnificent views in relaxing, cool comfort. You'll feel like your childhood dream of living in a tree house has come true when you go up to the second floor. You're sure to love this place of retreat and healthy clean air. Canyon Property is a freshly renovated home that boasts 3 bedrooms and 2 full bathrooms, and is located in a peaceful, small-town neighborhood. The 8 beds mean there are plenty of places to choose to lay your head at night, including a twin fold-out bed and living room pull-out queen-size couch.
Upon entry, you'll instantly feel like you're at home in the tastefully decorated living room with a huge Smart TV and comfortable seating. Put on a movie, relax and recharge after a long day of exploring all that southern Utah has to offer.
Cook up your favorite meals in the fully equipped kitchen which is stocked with everything you'll need. Prepare a cup of coffee at the charming coffee bar. You can sit with it at the kitchen breakfast bar or enjoy it on the back patio while watching the sun rise. Gather around the small dining table to enjoy the meals you've prepared and share stories of the day's adventures. Or, dine al fresco on the covered patio where there's a BBQ so you can make delicious post-hike burgers and enjoy evening cocktails. You'll be in awe of the clear night skies full of stars!
The tranquil main floor bedroom offers 2 queen beds and a large TV, so you can cuddle up and watch a late-night movie. Get ready for the day in the stylish bathroom and take a refreshing shower or warm bubble bath. The bathroom comes stocked with bathroom essentials including shampoo, conditioner and body wash. It's also equipped with a washer & dryer for your use.
Head up the stairs into the treehouse-like bedrooms. Upstairs Bedroom #1 is situated with 2 comfy queen beds and a twin fold-out bed. Across the hall, you'll find Upstairs Bedroom #2, which has 1 queen bed and 1 full bed. The mattresses offer exceptional comfort, so you'll be well rested and ready to begin the next day's adventures.

The Neighborhood:
This home is located in a quiet neighborhood in the town of Orderville, Utah. It is within walking distance of a small grocery store, gas station, and a few small restaurants.
This property is located in the middle of numerous national parks including Zion National Park, Cedar Breaks, Bryce Canyon, Grand Canyon (North Rim), Escalante Grand Staircase, Coral Pink Sand Dunes, Lake Powell, and Red Hollow Hike (Orderville). It's an ideal home base for seeing all of these parks.
Getting Around:
This home has convenient access to Hwy 89 which takes you to Best Friends Animal Sanctuary, Zion and Bryce National Parks, Lake Powell and the North Rim of the Grand Canyon.
Here in southern Utah a vehicle is required to get around in town and beyond. We recommend a 4WD vehicle with high clearance if you intend to go off-road to out of the way places.
Kanab, UT is 25 minutes away. Page, AZ airport is 1.5 hours away; St. George, UT airport is 2 hours away; Las Vegas airport is 3.5 hours away. Get around in town mostly via car.

Please note mileage is approximate and may vary by a few miles.
This beautiful home is located 25 minutes away from Kanab. Kanab is known as the "Hub of the Parks', and is the gateway to three national parks, Zion, Bryce Canyon and the Grand Canyon North Rim. Enjoy your dream vacation in Kanab, also known as "Little Hollywood"! Dozens of Western movies were made here and every August, we have Western Legends, where you can meet some of your favorite old stars.
