Just 100m from Bagno delle Donne beach, the apartment is very bright and from the terrace there is a foreshortening of the sea and view over “uccellina” park surrounding. The house is on the second floor in the center of the small historic town of Talamone within walking distance there are beaches, restaurants, cafes, supermarkets.
Talamone is also a water sports paradise. Kite surfing, scuba diving and boat rental are all possible just outside the house.
The Argentario Peninsula is 10 miles from the hotel, and is reacheable also by boat. Grosseto is a 30-minute drive away, and parking is nearby the house.

The apartment, featuring two double bedrooms, can comfortably accomodate up to 4 people. In addition 2 children can sleep on the sofa bed in the living room.
The accomodation consists of: entrance into living room with tv and sofa (can be converted in double sofa bed) and dining area, partially separated, fully equipped kitchen. The living room is very bright, you have access to the balcony with a small table for a coffee while admiring the view. Bathroom with shower.
