'Stay was great. Service and staff was good. Hotel grounds was always clean and maintained. The beach was nice. Reserving dinners at the restaurants was not good. Always booked up and can only reserve a day at a time. We got very late reservations and could not get one of the restaurants at all. Food was good, but not the best. Overall good stay. Great for kids/family.'

'Beautiful property! Unlike any other hotel. Modern, spacious rooms with beautiful patios surrounded by water, lovely and tranquil vibe. Friendly staff, super quick to refill mini bar amenities, get us beverages and foo and anything we wanted. Lovely stay!'

'This has always been a family favorite place and I always recommend it to all our friends. Love the convenience of a kitchen which most of the rooms have. All the staff are great but I’d like to give a special shout out to Angel who recognized my daughters as soon as they stepped out of the car even though he hadn’t seen them in 6 years. 'The property was beautiful. The challenge was they were clearly understaffed. Wait times were very long for breakfast and dinner, but the staff was kind and friendly price point for food and drinks, but relatively high as one would expect at this type of resort.'

'This was a beautiful property. Food was great. The staff was wonderful. The only thing I did not like was the pools were not heated. I should have paid attention when booking. Other than that, it was great! '

'Beautiful grounds, amazing animals, and great service by the pool. The dinner at Acre is amazing. The noise however was really loud under our treehouse, a few men were doing construction, so it was disappointing since we were looking forward to a relaxing stay. I was nervous to take an outdoor shower under the men. We moved rooms and it was better but the front staff seemed annoyed with the request.'
