'I was asked to rate our stay 1-5....given a 3 only due to the view.... 1) The door lock/lack there of Unlocking and locking the door from the outside is extremely difficult, so much so that we gave up a few times and left with the door unlocked. It appeared that the door locking area has been broken and poorly repaired. 2) Master bed had no sheet, they did deliver a sheet for the bed but it took them 3 deliveries to get the correct size 3) Multiple housekeeping issues need to be addressed....

'Greta, this was our third return and was happy that Michellle and Emily were able to provide us with our favorite room that we love. Thanks Michelle for being there and taking care of us upon our arrival. Our only issue was that when we decided to cook in the room, the large burner was not connected on the stove, and it looked like it needed to be replaced. Also, when you turn on the heat the furnace made a loud knocking sound. And finally, as I say for all the older hotels, it's time to...
