'Een fantastisch hotel in een enorm groot en mooi gebouw waar ook andere hotels, restaurants en een supermarkt zijn gevestigd. De kamers zijn mooi, stil, netjes en ruim. Het personeel, van Jenny van de receptie, de conciërge, de staf in het ontbijt restaurant t/m de schoonmakers zijn allen heel vriendelijk en behulpzaam. 'きれいさ、観光地へのアクセス、コーヒーや水等の無料サービス、電子レンジや洗濯機の設置、すべて日本語で対応してもらうことができるのはとても便利でした。滞在中に気になったのは以下です。 ・夜間の前の歩道での植栽伐採でチェンソー音が深夜0時半ごろまで続き、全くねられなかった。 ・夜、定期的にドアかどこからかガチャっと音がして、誰かが入ってきたのではと目が覚めてしまう。 ・部屋の清掃が15時でも終わっていないことがあった。 ・朝9時ごろの下りのエレベーターがチェックアウト客で混雑し4-5回見送る必要があり、送迎車に送れそうになった。'

'Absolutely gorgeous hotel in a perfect location, right next to a subway station and walking distance from Myeong-dong. Huge room, lots of space for sitting, unpacking and some closet space too. Bathroom straight from a magazine. Daily complementary water, tea and coffee. Very helpful staff. Some small cons The hotelroom is fully carpeted (apart from the bathroom) which is, especially being a pet-friendly hotel... a choice. The room was also very warm. Aircon wouldn't go below 23 degrees C....
