'It is a lovely facility. The staff is kind and helpful. We had some confusion on checking in, I had apparently booked a room without a private bath or closet. As we were there to attend a wedding, I wanted my own bathroom and a place to hang our "dressup" clothes. They were able to change our room and accomodate us.'

'We are a couple who stayed in one of the cottages. We had a lovely check in which included homemade cookies. The cabin its self is well decorated and most definitely the cleanest hotel room I have ever stayed in. The gas fire pit on a timer was perfect. We had some minor cons which we felt could be easily accommodated. We wish there we ceramic mugs for the coffee/tea/espresso in the room . We wished there were more options for eating on premise. 'Excellent all around. My husband and I take at least one trip up to the Catskills area per year, but it’s usually twice, and this is the best hotel we’ve experienced. Service was lovely. Especially enjoyed the included breakfast with excellent coffee and plenty of options. Unbelievable water pressure in the bathrooms.
