- A clean and cozy private unit (1-bedroom or studio) with its own entrance, bathroom. Please note there is no kitchen in this unit, and it does not include a stove or oven. ( it does has a mini fridge, microwave and toaster).
- Fully furnished with all utilities included.
- This is an older property with basic amenities and signs of wear. It is not a luxury stay but provides a comfortable and practical option for those on a budget.
Important Details:
- Pet Policy: Only dogs are allowed, with a maximum of two pets. A $45 pet fee per pet applies, and guests must notify us at the time of booking.
- Location: There are two units on the property. Your unit, Unit B, is located on the right side.
- Parking: Please park on the right side of the property, as the left side is reserved for the other unit.
- Backyard: There is no backyard access for guests due to the presence of neighbors' aggressive dogs. They can be very aggressive and we have no solution to control them.
- Climate Control: The unit has a central HVAC system. To adjust the temperature, please contact the host, as the thermostat is not located within the unit.
- Laundry: Washer and dryer access is available only for stays of 30 days or more and is shared with the other unit.
- Noise Potential: Guests may experience occasional noise from barking dogs or the neighboring unit.

The low price reflects this, so we kindly ask guests to have fair expectations and not anticipate a new or high-end space.
