'Amazing property and overall stay. We were celebrating a milestone birthday and Jaci at the front desk not only upgraded us, but sent up a bottle of whisky and chocolates. It was the best hotel stay I think I’ve ever experienced. Beautiful property and even better people working there. So grateful to sweet Jaci and the rest of the lovely staff at the Louisville Omni! '

'Elevators are legitimately dangerous. Rooms are sparsely furnished but adequate. Staff was very friendly, hotel was quiet, restaurant was good. This is an older property and it shows, but the basics are there, and it good enough, but not far above average, if at all. The store they have there is convenient and wells stocked. '

'The rooms stayed so quiet all the time! Great views, front desk Staff are wonderful- especially Nafi! She was fantastic! The bar on the main floor was quick to get food out and drinks. The gym looks really nice- our schedule was crazy so we didn’t get to enjoy that feature. The skywalk was great to get us over to the convention center and Lucas Oil Stadium! '
